I was extremely pleased with my recent stay. Joyce is amazing and was very understanding and compassionate when we had an emergency and had to leave earlier than expected. My wife and I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyone and everyone is your friend. We both commented several times that our stay felt like going home between her and the other long-term renters we ended up in the middle of. Debbie, Tom, and Blaine that'd be you.

I have to tell you that the owner Joyce is amazing. So I'm moving there in a few weeks from Phoenix and can't wait to meet new people. Joyce was kind enough to reserve a spot for me in two weeks. I'm thinking that I might stay for a year but time tells all. Monthly rent is cheap. When I went to check out the available spaces I met 2 women that live there and both were super friendly. Time to start another chapter and have fun. I'll update this post in a few months and let you all know how it's going.
Update: My new surroundings are peaceful with birds chirping. Landscaping is kept up very well and the clubhouse is beautiful. Some people (new friends) are leaving for the summer so spaces are available. Everyone is very friendly here.

Had a long day of traveling and arrived in black canyon city after dark. Called Rivers Edge and was told they were having electrical issues and didn’t want us to get there and lose power. Couldn’t fin anything else close by so we called back and explained how tired we were and just needed a place to stay for the night. We were to to come on down and they would let us in. Casey was extremely nice and accommodating. A great big “THANK YOU” to Casey. We had no problems with the power. Hope your procedure went well.

My husband had 2 procedures recently at Mayo Clinic and we stayed at Rivers Edge RV Park both times w/ our 3 dogs. The owners Joyce and Casey were so friendly, kind, helpful and genuinely concerned for our comfort and well-being, they really went above and beyond. The manager, full time residents and other campers were polite, helpful. The location of the Park was picturesque, quiet, soothing and perfect for our animals as well. It felt like home, a safe and secure sanctuary. I just can’t recommend this place enough. If we ever need to stay in BCC again we’d absolutely come here.

We checked in here over a week ago. Once we checked in we found out the pool is open but NOT heated. The reason we stayed here is because we exercise in the pool daily! You can not get a refund once you check in! Do not stay here if you need a heated pool. The people who are regulars here state the pool is down a lot more than it is working. The maintenance manager said the parts would be in last week but checking with the office today there is still no heat in the pool. We are never coming back here and would NOT RECOMMEND staying here if you want a pool.

This is a GREAT place to stay! Casey & Joyce are the best. Very friendly. First time here, and they made/make us feel like we have been coming here for years. They keep the park extremely clean and well maintained. Lots of activities (movie night, game night, pot luck etc.) When we first arrived, we picked the spot we wanted. Once someone left, we asked if we could move into their spot, an it was no problem at all. We were told yes even though the park was almost full with new arrivals coming in each day. We will most definitely come back. I would recommend this park 100%.

This was a great little RV park to stay at. Joyce and Casey were very welcoming and great to work with. The park is clean, and the clubhouse has good amenities. The only issue we had, which wasnt the parks fault, was when some of the permanent residents left to go into town, their dogs barked continuously until they returned. But this wouldn't deter me from staying at the park again. Over all, met great people, and enjoyed our stay.

Joyce is an absolute sweet heart. Although our stay here was shorter than anticipated due to my husband job however we loved our time here. It was nice and quiet with beautiful sites but also close enough to Anthem to do some shopping. We would definitely come back here and recommend it to others!
