I wish the photo I got wasn’t so hilarious but it sums up how close I grew to Rebecca and how above and beyond she truly goes!
Our entire wedding planning process was a breeze thanks to Rebecca. With us being on the east coast, we needed someone we could trust to bring our vision to life especially when we couldn’t be there personally half the time. Rebecca did this and then some! She was there through every single step of the way serving as a guide and treating us like family. She supported our visions and made everything a dream come true. The day of, everything was perfect thanks to Rebecca and her team. She handled every little mishap quickly and calmly and kept the energy high all day. Rebecca was there early and stayed late to make sure our entire day was perfect. When I couldnt dance because of my train, she whipped out a tool and made me a new bustle so I could keep dancing ! Her and her team were so organized, kind and on top of EVERYTHING. We are so grateful not only to have had her for this incredible milestone, but to have made a friend for life. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough - if you have a big event coming you NEED to work with Rebecca!

I cannot recommend Rebecca and her team enough. As someone who works in the event industry, I knew I wanted a coordinator to handle the finishing touches and day of details so that I could relax (a bit) and enjoy the day. After an intro call I knew that Rebecca was going to be perfect and I was 100% right. Our wedding wasn't huge and Rebecca came with a small army of professionals. Her team kept us on the timeline and the day was flawless. They setup the reception, took photos for us so we'd have a few right away, worked with all our vendors, and even helped one of our guests setup a special surprise performance with the DJ which ended up being one of my favorite parts of the day. My wife and I were in a whole lot of trouble before we met Rebecca. We didn't know a lot of vendors and we had 2 months to go before the big day. We shopped around and interviewed around 3 coordinators, but out of everyone, we just had a good vibe with Rebecca. She was so warm and kind when we first met her. She had a lot of vendor contacts, with reasonable prices, and they were very good.

We had around 3 in person meetings with her before the wedding, and a couple of zoom calls in the 2 month span that we were preparing. She always made us feel that she was around and holding our hand every step of the way.

During the wedding itself, she and her team were impeccable! Rebecca was already great, but her staff were equally as great as her with awesome personalities. All of the needs of my wife were attended to by her team during the wedding day, and my wife enjoyed their service and company.

Post-wedding, we are so proud that fate led us to each other. More than being our wedding coordinator, Rebecca is a good friend to us and we will surely get her again if we have other events.
