So I live in panama city. My mother loves flowers. So on her birthday and mother's day I tried to make sure I sent her flowers. This place has ridiculously been been the best Place For me to send her flowers in Wetumpka. They have never disappointed. Thank you guys again for making my mama happy.

This was my wife's experience.
A friend was getting married, and wanted corsages and a boutonniere made from artificial flowers. Someone recommended Jamie to me, and I was amazed at what she and her staff were able to do with artificial flowers! The bride thought the work was beautiful.

I will offer this caveat to my review. The boutonniere was not done the way I asked for it to be done, but I do believe Jamie tried her best to fix it on the day I picked it up. Perfection is not as important to me as willingness to correct problems. (The day of the wedding, the boutonniere was not stable and actually fell out of the groom's pocket at one point.) I wrote out in an e-mail what I wanted, but it was obvious to me in a phone conversation that Jamie hadn't read the e-mail instructions I sent. In her defense, the whole shop had been dealing with sickness, and she mentioned several times how busy they'd been. It was almost like they had too many other things going on with funerals to do my order, so I really appreciated them making time for it.

If you need flowers that don't require special instructions, I think Jamie and her staff will be able to do a beautiful job.

A Beautiful Creation florist shop was recommended to me by an employee of Gassed Funeral Home several years ago. This was undoubtedly the best recommendation I have ever received. If I need flowers of any kind trust me A Beautiful Creation is where I go. Every time I order flowers they’re fresh and BEAUTIFUL!! The ladies who work there are exceptionally nice and care about their customers and this is a breath of fresh air cuz it’s rare to find someone so caring and attentive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A BEAUTIFUL CREATION TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A TRULY REWARDING EXPERIENCE!! Don’t hesitate to call these ladies and order your flowers because you will NEVER REGRET using their florist or dealing with such sweet caring professionals.

The blanket I ordered for my Father-in-law’s funeral was truly a “Beautiful Creation”. The staff here is very knowledgeable about which flowers to use. They are very helpful during a difficult time in your life. We received flowers from 2 other florist in town that were very inferior to the product put out by Beautiful Creations. I will continue to call on Jamie and her staff for all our flowers in the future.

My husband ordered flowers today for Valentine’s Day. Several of the leaves were dead. The flowers were withering. I called and asked nicely if they had a replacement. I was met with an attitude. She seemed bothered that I called with issues. She offered a refund. I went by their shop. She told the lady working the register to refund my money in a hostile tone. She never apologized. She acted irritated that I came by. I told her my concerns. They began laughing as if I was supposed to be happy with dead flowers. I told them that they needed to send their best out to people. If they couldn’t fulfill the order, they should’ve said so. I also pointed out that I only had five roses and not six. She counted them and then said that someone stole it. To imply that her workers or my coworkers stole one rose stem is ridiculous. She will not get anymore of our business. It may not make a difference to her bottom line, but they need to know that professionalism matters.

I called the ladies at A BEAUTIFUL CREATION because I was in need of a spray for my uncles funeral. I explained that I wanted something special sent with a lot of fresh flowers. I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE SPRAY THE LADIES MADE FOR US. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF FLOWERS. I thank the ladies for their kind attention in my time of need.
