Stopped by today to check out a particular vehicle and model I saw online, after the 44 minute drive over we located it on the lot. We are greeted by a gentleman that never introduced himself, nor asked for my name or my wife’s.
He was relatively nice, but not real interested in helping us out.
Good things we have a couple other options to choose from.

Gina was SO helpful and found my perfect car down to the trim, color, and even some extras! She went out of her way to drive and acquire the car herself from another location. The financing process was quick and easy. Gina stayed in constant communication and was always there to answer any questions. She helped us through each step of the process and even set up our OnStar services and linked everything to the car and our phone app! 10/10 this was the best car-buying process I have ever had. Ask for GINA!

Purchased a used vehicle from them and have had nothing but problems since purchase.A few months ago car started using oil about a quart every 500 miles and carried car in 5 times for them to do oil consumption test per warranty company. During this time Wes Bonner the Manager over the dealership l pmtold me for 2 weeks he was working with warranty company to get motor replaced which was a straight up lie after talking to warranty company. Also told me he was going to give my daughter something to drive to take grandson to school and her to work well that was a lie to .Thanks Wes Bonner you are definitely a car salesman and don't take care of your customers after purchase will never recommend you to any one I know .Thanks to the Manager of Kia of Auburn for getting motor replaced and back on the road

Everyone from the salesperson (Gina Dunkin), thru the manager and Finance were extremely knowledgeable about their product line and financing/leasing options. They made this a relatively easy and painless process. Ms. Dunkin took time to help me set up my phone, MyChevrolet, and explain the new features. She also encouraged us to call if we had any questions.

First and foremost the Manger here is a good person.

I have the notorious 6l80 transmission that's known to go out all the time. Truck started shifting bad, did it for about 2 weeks. Called up there and the lady in the office said she thinks it the transmission the tranny specialist gut could program it to temporary fix it and sure enough that's what happened.

I took the truck up there, got the specialist to look at it, he test drove it and said he couldn't get it to duplicate (of course). Then I asked if me and him could ride down the road and I drive he said sure meet him out front. I waited for 5 to 10 minutes then he decides to take it down the road by himself.

When he came back what do you know he felt the bad shifting and wanted to check "programming". Did an update on tcm module and said it was fixed. Lasted about a week then it's back this time instead of 3rd to 4th gear it's 1st to 2nd.

They didn't charge me for the update thank God but I knew it was too good to be true.
