A crew came out on Saturday Oct 2nd 2021 to work on one of the light poles at the corner of my yard. They knocked down one of the poles and left a big mess in my yard. I have called to complain about this and to get them to come clean it up but they won’t answer the phone. Getting in touch with customer service with this company has been impossible. See photos below. It’s now Monday October 4th 2021 and the mess is still here in my yard. Also they cut the cable cord, which is property of spectrum internet, leading to my house and we were without internet services we paid for over a day. I know that might sound petty but we were denied service for something we paid for and I want to be reimbursed for the service that we were denied because incompetence and or lack of quality and workmanship.

Im getting tired every time a little rain the power goes out!!!!!

My boyfriend had already paid for the power this month yet they cut it off anyways. When he tried to get it cut back on, they made him pay again (when he had already made a deposit i believe) and do an application. Because it was close to closing(he gets off work at 4), he barely got the application turned in on time. They told him they wouldn't even be able to get his power back tomorrow even though he paid for months worth of power in the span of a few weeks. He's going there tomorrow to get his power back on. No will not be an answer for us as he needs power for basic living and his job requires online work. Be professional and learn how to handle your clients. It really isn't that hard, especially when he was just conned out of his money because YOU failed to take his payment. If i could give 0 stars I would. Do better.

They have always responded quickly and they are very professional! I have had them come out and remove trees that were in the path of power lines leading to my house, replace an outdoor security light, remove a power line leading to my barn, disconnect and then replace the power line connection on my roof when my roof was being repaired, and then to install WiFi internet service. They have always exceeded my expectations in reliability, professionalism, timeliness, and attention to my requests! They are great people!

Without even trying to confirm my identity, I was told they couldn't discuss the account with me. The teller was speaking over me constantly. One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with.

CANT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW LIVID I AM WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU CUT ME OFF FOR .50 cent I HAVE KIDS TJAT DEPEND LN ME WHAT DO I SAID WHEN THE SAY WHY ARE THE LIGHTS OFF FOR .50 CENT I HOPE ONE DAY YOU .1 CENT LATE AND YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I WENT THRU NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO PAY 50$ for a re connection fee plus more

Been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks and still cant get anyone on the phone to make my payment will someone please call me back im not paying a late penalty just because no one answers the phone this is ridiculous

These people are a rip off they are making me pay another 500 dollar deposit and will not transfer my current service with them because of late payments but I have never been disconnected and always paid whatever the balance was in full including late fees and to top it all off where I'm moving is just around the corner from where I live now
