I cannot say enough good things about Nate from Taylor Automotive & Towing. He went way above and beyond when the shifter linkage on our old Volvo snapped. The car was in a difficult spot in a corner of our driveway, which is a STEEP hill. It was totally immobile. Or so I thought. Nate knows cars, and the way he recognized the problem and came up with a great solution to get the car turned on, then down the hill, and up on the truck was amazing. Super friendly guy. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience when dealing with a car problem. Nate’s a great representative of this company.

Chris was absolutely wonderful when repairing my flat tire.

I previously had AAA dispatch Tommy out of United Towing & Transport who in the span of an hour stripped two lug nut studs and managed to remove only 3 lug nuts with what was likely an incorrectly-sized impact driver and didn't even manage to remove my flat tire, much less help put on my spare.

After calling AAA to describe my less than satisfactory experience with Tommy and United, AAA dispatched Chris from Taylor to come out. Within 5 minutes Chris achieved more progress than Tommy did and managed to help place the Spare Tire on with ease. Chris did the job in a timely and satisfactory manner. He also identified the problems Tommy and United caused with the stripped studs so that way when I purchase new tires, I can have them mechanics address these issues.

Overall, I was very satisfied by the professional and timely service by Chris and the Taylor Automotive & Towing Team. Would highly recommend to anyone who is having an issue with a flat tire.

I’m in town for a HS graduation. I was grabbing lunch with some old friends before I started my 2 hour drive down South. As we walked out to the parking lot, we saw the flat tire 😳. There was no jack only a spare tire… the first company that arrived took 45 minutes to get there and said that the lug nuts on the tire needed a special lug nut remover to remove them 🤔. He left… Your driver (I am horrible with names 😞, we were located off of Taylor Rd) only took 15-20 minutes to arrive and changed the tire out with no issues in less than 5 minutes. He did not use a special lug nut remover. I appreciate his kindness, quickness and patience. Thank you!

Courtney and Chris (driver) were THE BEST! Courtney called, within minutes of me contacting AAA to request tow service. She went above and beyond to help us, as my daughter’s driveway is very steep (down), by having a driver (Chris) arrive within 20 minutes to assess the situation. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and kind! He had my daughter’s car loaded in 15 minutes. This was my first experience of having a car towed and it was perfect! I suggest that you all have change on your person; because many of us do not use banks, ie: Cashapp, Chime, Venmo, or PayPal. Some of us are old school and carry only cash.

I do appreciate your services other than that? Everything worked out fine. I currently have AAA-Classic and will upgrade to Premier so I wouldn’t have to literally pay out of pocket but hypothetically I will be paying you all.
