Great experience with the boat rental. It was super easy to complete all paperwork and the Matt was so nice. He made sure the boat was cleaned and full of gas. We did a 4 hr rental and enjoyed our time in the water. I would highly recommend to use them.

We reserved a deck boat, but didn't get it due to repairs. The pontoon given was nice, but didn't have the HP for tubing kids, so it resulted in just a boat ride experience. We had reserved for a post prom party so that was a little disappointing.
We were stopped by marine police due to having an expired sticker on the boat. When stopped and told it was a rental, the officer asked for the rental agreement, stating it had to be located within the boat at all times.
We didn't think to check prior and just took for granted the rental fleet was maintained while renting to customers.
The marina employees were kind, the boat was nice and we at least got out on the water.
Do rent from this marina, just check stickers and make sure you have the rental agreement on board to ensure a smooth trip.

I cannot rate this wonderful Boat Rental place highly enough! The pontoon we rented for our Mother’s Day lake cruise was so lovely (and extremely clean). We were easily able to Bluetooth our phone to the media player and jam out while we had our snackies on the lake and putted around.

Extra stars for the extremely friendly staff who were more than understanding when my senior citizen parents needed a little extra time (and help) getting in and out of the boat. But with a little patience, they were able to enjoy getting out on the lake again for the first time in years.

The boat (pontoon) rented was in excellent condition. The service provided included operation of the boat, safety gear on the boat, what to expect if stopped by the patrol, explanation of points on the lake. We had hours of operating boats on a lake, but the Coosa River/Lake was new to us. The service for us included gaining knowledge of the lake and where we could go. Because of the service provided we had a wonderful day on the lake. Thank you, Coosa Island Marina.

Best place on the lake to store your boat. Matt the owner and his help and family go above and beyond on making your day at the lake a fun day. I had a wiring problem with my trolling motor and he fixed it that day. This is my first time owning a pontoon and Matt has given me a lot of good advice. He also adjusted my bunks on my trailer to make loading it back on the trailer perfect and easier. This is near the dam and always deep water. Great fishing and a good place to play in the water.

Nice people, excellent boat ramp which was why we went. $5 launch fee which is about normal on Logan Martin lake. But the people almost always make the difference. There docks did need quite a bit of repair. It’s hard I’m sure keeping them alive n good shape all the time.
