I wish I could say that my experience was a good one. he was recommended by a friend of his in MRMC administration, evidently since I am new to the area. Initially, he was accommodating and helpful however unless I asked to see specific houses, he only showed us HIS listings, unless I asked for other listings. My wife was appalled at the quality of houses he showed us.
He became completely unprincipled when he did not tell me who his "father in law" was when I wanted to potentially purchase a house that he owned. He quickly became his father in laws realtor and was no longer mine. He was very little help when I finally purchased a house. in fact, he did not tell me how and who I needed to call to get utilities transferred, so I ended up missing changing over the gas utility, and it ended up a BIG problem. The final straw was when I decided to no longer to pursue his father in laws property due to difficulty getting funding. HE actually threatened to sue me (legal action) when it was not even HIS property and he was supposed to be MY realtor. Threatening your client is very unethical!
I cannot recommend.

Michael Woods and the team has been phenomenal. Great customer experience and thoroughly involved with the process. Very happy with our experience!

We didn't have any problems while living there, Ray seemed okay during that time but the problem came after we moved out and Ray decided he wouldn't like to give us our Security Deposit back.
The home was in poor condition when we received it and we were notified of that and accepted, both verbally, that it would be okay instead of the landlord having to spend money on a cleaning crew; which was very much needed as it took us days to completely clean everything. The house had known leaks from both weather--rain puddling in the yard and coming through the floor in sections of the house--and drains/faucets in one of the unused bathrooms that was asked for repairs multiple times with one attempted/failed repair. When we moved out we cleaned the house well and had it looking better than when we moved in, however, we don't have any pictures to prove these things. We did leave a few pieces of furniture and cut the grass right before notifying the landlord of moving out but he didn't check on the place until a few weeks later after it had been raining quite a bit and stated we may be charged for the yard to be cut, as well as the furniture being moved which is perfectly fine.
After being patient and told repeatedly that he'd contact us, I finally got into contact with Ray a couple of months later and he started to state all of the stuff that was wrong with the house when we received it, as well as the poor repair job his workers did when they came by the house a couple of times and blamed it on us. Now us being naive didn't bother to document and take pictures of said things since he seemed to be an okay guy but apparently we were wrong. I tried to explain to Ray that those things were broken prior to us moving in and we even talked about it in the past, with him fixing one of the problems himself but he either completely forgot about it(unlikely) or just felt like pinning the problem on us and getting to keep our full months rent of Security Deposit
Long story short, if you rent/purchase from Ray just make sure you document and take pictures of EVERYTHING as he will likely try to pull a fast one on you if you don't.
