Yeah all the other reviews are consistent with my crap experience. My time was 6:45-8:45 and they took my car at 9:11 that's not even 30 minutes over. that is crazy to me. They don't inform or warn you unless through your email I'm sorry who's looking at their email during a nice time out? Not me. It's obvious this company is strapped for cash and consumed by their unrelenting greed. Sad so many people had to experience this, hopefully other people avoid these stupid lots. Luckily for me I didn't walk to my car and had a friend help drive me around, otherwise I would have been stranded downtown by myself. Completely irresponsible and uncaring. Hope you guys go out of business or someone better takes charge.

My vehicle was towed within 10 minutes of parking at a closed business on a Sunday while I was handing out roses for Mother’s Day. I understand you were doing your job, but I was surprised by how quickly it happened and disappointed there was no grace or compassion shown especially given the circumstances.
More concerning, my SUV is all-wheel drive, and according to a witness, it was towed on two wheels. My husband is a mechanic and has now noticed slack in the drivetrain, which could indicate damage to the differential or axles from being improperly towed.
I paid cash and have yet to receive a receipt. I’m hoping that’s just a delay in your system and not an issue of accountability!
I’m sharing this in the hope that your team will handle this situation with integrity moving forward for me and for others. People deserve to be treated fairly, even when mistakes happen. Giving 3stars considering you do have to do your job. We will see.

Absolutely Horrible! I paid $8 plus a service fee to park in a parking lot. It gave me an 18 hour park. I was at an event for less than 2 hours and I came out and my truck was gone. First of all, They have the wrong number listed on the sign. The owner of the number states that she has asked them for an extended amount of time to remove her number. Second, I had a receipt showing that I paid and that I had 16 hours left, but they told me it didnt matter that I paid. In the Park MObile App my car description was a Black Tahoe. I drive a Black Tahoe. I was told that the app should've prompted me to add additional information before it was time to pay. No additional info was asked, it just went straight to check out. I have used the app for years and never had an issue. I have never gotten a prompt for additional info. I was the only Black Tahoe in the parking lot and I had the receipt. The only thing they could tell me is that I should've had a more updated app. It is not my fault their app didn't work the way they said it should've worked. I had to pay $160+ to get my truck back. They didn't event attempt to refund me my money I paid for parking. They need to be shut down. I will not stop speaking out against them until justice is served for myself and every other individual that has been taken advantage of by this company.

The only person I could contact was directing me to an extension that didn't work so I could speak to them about being towed from a legal parking spot that they put a tow away sign up the next day. There's no other way contact them and have called several times. Then they had the audacity to put up a tow away sign the next day (today). Filing a police report on these criminals

The caliber of men and humanity these days is low. Towing someone’s car in a storm is Godless. Walked through pouring rain, wind and cold for an hour. I could barely see, struggled to use my phone to find my way. I couldn’t find a lyft or uber of course because it’s storming. I couldn’t feel my fingertips. Finally got a lyft the rest of the way. I would have rather they put a boot on my car, I would have at least had refuge and warmth. As a woman, with three grown men there to offer no assistance. It took everything in me not to wish the same experience for their mothers, daughters and wives. It isn’t the money. It’s the morals and principles.

towed my vehicle from my apartment complex with a BRIGHT BLUE sticker showing i live there in the windshield, then demanded $160 to get it back when I literally live here. Just greedy, weird, and unprofessional.
