This was a great experience from start to finish. From my initial inquiry to follow up communication/clarification to final delivery, all was smooth and efficient. Merry was so helpful in fine tuning the pad and the crane operator negotiated a difficult turn into my driveway and dropped the shelter in place like a feather. What can I say about this company? They are amazing !!! Merry calls you back right away and they show up exactly when they promise.The shelter is unbelievable, so secure and well made.We live in a double wide mobile home and I was always nervous when a storm was coming. Steve and Merry recently installed a 4X5 safe room for my wife and me. I could not have been more impressed with them during the process and their product once they arrived with it and I saw it firsthand.

If you're considering getting a safe room or storm shelter, call these folks. If you've been shopping around, stop shopping around and call these folks. Don't even consider getting one of those glorified port-a-potties these box stores sell and call storm shelters. There is no one better out there than Lake Martin Storm Shelters. They construct their own shelters, so obviously quality control is a big deal to them. You know where your shelter is coming from and can trust that it is of the highest quality. They arrived with all of the paperwork we need for the tax credit, and Steve and Merry patiently answered every question I had regarding the safe room.

With severe weather a common phenomenon in Alabama, I am relieved we made the decision to get a safe room, and I am grateful we went with Lake Martin Storm Shelters for our choice. Y'all are awesome. Thank you very much!

Lake Martin Storm Shelters are the best. Very professional, prompt service. I called on a Thursday to inquire about shelters and by Wednesday the following week my new shelter was delivered and installed. Merry was very helpful throughout the process. We love our new large above ground shelter and hope we never have to use it, 😂 seamless start to finish.
