Had a good experience with getting a new phone. The process of getting a new phone takes to long but Mason and Angel was great. Angel was able to save voicemails from my Mom who is no longer with us and that was awesome!!!

Maria jones was amazing! As soon as we entered the store she welcomed us with a bright smile and we came at the end of closing! She made sure to give us full attention and make the process for adding a line a great experience! She continued to keep us informed and made sure we were happy customers before we left her store! I'm very happy to had that wonderful experience with her!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. My husband was discriminated against as soon as he walked into this store being a heavily tattooed bearded man. Ridge immediately didn’t want to help him and refused service after my husband told him he needed to activate a watch. He got up to go get a watch when we had the watch with us and as soon as we said we have the watch with us he told my husband he had an attitude and refused service. Called the manager Maria and her response was this is my off day I don’t appreciate this phone call. Unreal. Don’t waste your time at fayette the Winfield office is great and Reed is awesome.

Went to the Fayette, Alabama store! We were greeted with smiles! They worked hard to help me! I was there to pick up a new phone! They were very knowledgeable! They walked me through in setting up new phone, and helped transfer everything from my old phone to the new phone! Maria, and the nice young trainee made this whole experience wonderful! Definitely, would recommend this store! So nicer to have, close to home! (15 minutes away)! We love ATT! We have 2 phones, internet, and Direct TV, through ATT! We love all of them! Thanks ATT! 😌
