Brad has planned two incredible trips for me, and I know he’s done the same for my parents as well. He always does an AMAZING job—every detail is handled flawlessly, making our travel completely stress-free. Our most recent trip, my honeymoon, was an absolute dream! Brad and Michelle were amazing! They planned our daughter’s Senior Class Trip to Punta Cana and every detail was taken are of from transportation to excursions! Highly recommend using them! They made everything easy!!!!

I talked to the agent a few months ago inquiring about luxury Mediterranean cruises for next year. He was beyond helpful with all the information provided about the different lines, ships and ports. He told me so many things to consider when selecting each and I would have never thought of any of that stuff. I spoke with him several times and finally narrowed down my line, Viking Ocean and itinerary. He also helped me choose the time of year and had great tips about travel insurance and flights! We booked today!! I highly recommend Worldwide and will be using them for a lot more travel!

Ryan has arranged several trips for me over the past few years and he always takes care of everything. He provides lots of options for accommodations and activities, and can help you see the world so easily.
The staff at Worldwide has excellent taste and handle arrangements for every type of travel to any location. They have extensive experience with hotels and restaurants, as well as attractions, museums, etc., and their recommendations have always been better than expected.
I trust them with all my future travel needs.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I've been planning a family trip to Disney since last year therefore I've done PLENTY of research! My family is MORE than excited about the trip therefore everyone has given me their deposit for the FIVE rooms,19 people traveling, sounds like a nice commission for someone! I decided to find someone locally to work with in case there were problems/questions I would be able to speak to someone face to face! Well spoke with an agent at Worldwide Travel and Tours, Northport, I will not mention her name, and she gave me ONE quote! NEVER once did she ask for any personal information such as my NAME, email address or phone number! I left that office with a smile but very irritated! How will you contact me with no information?! That said to me she didn't want our business! Again we are prepared to reserve rooms and make an initial payment! Our money is just waiting in the Disney savings account but it will not go to someone that doesn't seem eager for our business! DISAPPOINTED!!! On to another agency! And oh upon me entering the office their were two agents at their desk and NEITHER greeted me! I took it upon myself to speak first and still neither spoke nor asked if they could help me! That should have sent me out the door!

Don’t waste your money going through this agency. My mother in law decided to call them to help her plan a family trip to Hawaii. The first person she spoke to said she would call her back but never did. The other woman who supposedly was helping plan the trip basically did nothing. She did not help with anything and my mother in law had let her know exactly what she would like but this person never did anything. My mother in law called to see about getting us a later flight from Honolulu to Maui and she was told to “call the airline yourself.” I’m sorry, then why are we paying you This travel agency seriously need to learn customer service and how to actually help people with their trips. There’s lots more I could say and tell about what all was NOT done for us, but I will leave it with this: I would NEVER recommend this travel agency to anyone and I’m not sure how they are still in business. When you treat you customers like trash and aren’t willing to help, then I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be in business. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!

I have used this company a few years ago and everything was GREAT!!! However, this time, a (different agent) took the time to get all the information from me and told me she would send an email two days later. I waited until the fifth day before I contacted her again. She then told me she sent me an email (she didnt) then asked for all the info again and said she would call me back or resend the email. I haven't heard from her since and that was a week ago. Very poor communication with potential clients! Very unprofessional! I will not use this company's services again nor will I refer anyone to them. Very dissatisfied customer

I thought when you wanted to do business with someone for the exchange of money usually that business is thankful and courteous in the hope you will return. I have had to do business with this place ONLY because my kids begged me, school field trips. I have had the misfortune of having to step foot in this business half a dozen times or so, and only once has it been tolerable, THANK YOU Mrs. FISHER. Everyone else has either ignored me standing there or looked and talked to me like I am inconveniencing them for being there trying to GIVE THEM MY MONEY. BWT it is 2017 and we are in Tuscaloosa, AL, and you are a travel agency how do you not accept debit/credit cards at you place of business? I know, in the middle of know where, dirt road convenient stores that accept debit/credit cards. HUH?
