I’m from Mobile and have never experienced this restaurant until last night. I was not disappointed at all. It’s such a nice and cozy little spot that has a sweet shop connected. Unfortunately we got there a little too late to enjoy the sweets next door but will be gladly going back for that. My husband and I shared a bowl of seafood gumbo, a shrimp po-boy, and the combination plate with the fried shrimp and crab claws. We left so very full and so very satisfied. Gotta love hearing some BOH banter while enjoying our meal. Go on now, go get that delicious seafood!

Best blackened shrimp I’ve ever tasted! This place is definitely worth a few return visits! Reasonably priced, service excellent & in a near area near the bay.

Food was wayyyyyyy over priced, small portions, and poor quality. Crab cakes were mushy and the fries were under cooked...all 7 of them. Crab claws were more like crab jerky. Service was mediocre at best... Didn't seem like our waitress was much of a people person or likes her job. The atmosphere is good. Neat inside with plenty to look at on the walls. Will not be eating here again.

While down buying a new beach house stopped in on a friend's recommendation and absolutely love the small town feel and the staff was so nice and amazing food topped it off we'll definitely be a regular when we get moved in

I disnt realize how much eating out prices went up till today. I ordered a half and half seafood dinner to go. The cost with a sweet tea was 31.00 without tip. I find this hard to believe since they are located in bayou la batre. Where all the boats come in with oysters and shrimp. Located 3 min drive to the wholesale seafood place is located. I will definitely think twice before eating here again.

I feel like I read all these reviews and it must have been a great place to dine. We got here at 12:20 and they were out of the lunch special so our waitress said we could order off the senior meal. For 2 adult meals and thank goodness they forgot my 16 dollar bowl of gumbo that I canceled it was 61.37. oh yeah a single man that came in after us and sat behind us had the special on his plate as we was walking out! I got on her to mention that the food dont match the prices and if your looking for a lunch place I would not recommend

Amazing - the food was spectacular-service was amazing. The crab bisque we incredible. We loved the fresh seafood and the waitress was beyond attentive - thanks for the cream corn tip. I highly recommend this restaurant - they have an awesome reputation for quality food and its all true. I Please stop by for a wonderful experience- thanks for taking care of us.
