Absolutely nasty, dirty, most of the machines are broken, it's a total disgrace to the Bayou. Would have been better off washing my clothes in the sink at home.

The owner was scary. Everything he said was rude and hateful. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Machines are very outdated and there is water all over the floors from leaking roof. No air conditioning so you'll sweat yourself to death. Would not recommend.

He told my boyfriend to come back at 3:30 to pick up our comforter & when my bf got there the l.mat was closed! We don't have another blanket so idk wth we are going to do tonight for covers for God's sake! WHY would the owner tell him 3:30 when website states closes at 3:00?!!
