This is an incredible place. Lodge and cabins are very nice. Pool and hot tub are very relaxing. It’s one of the best bouldering and rock climbing places. And it boasts the longest zip line in Arkansas. Not to mention the Buffalo National River is just down the road.

Wonderful spot of the Ozarks with killer views. Zip liners flying overhead, goat herds ranging the side of the hills leaving trail grenades to bob and weave around, and hoots and hollers from rock climbers that seemed to be in every nook and cranny of the canyon all while you rip through the nicely built trails with more mileage in the works (s/o Rock Solid). Really special place and can’t wait to get back.

HCR is AWESOME! We came out for a full weekend of climbing and had a fantastic time. Everyone we encountered including climbers and staff were all super friendly. The place was very well kept and clean. All of the critters running around were awesome.

Horseshoe Canyon Ranch is an oasis. The variety of routes is vast. The scenery is picturesque. It's easy to check in and get a day pass. They also offer rental gear in case you forgot anything.
The road there isn't bad, but be a little cautious with low-riding vehicles.
Overall, would highly recommend it!

Fantastic and super easily accessible climbing and camping. One of the best places for both first time outdoor climbers and experienced outdoors people alike, with fun routes of all grades. Approaches are all clear and easy to follow, guidebook is detailed and accessible. More pricey than other outdoor areas, we paid $75 for three days of climbing and camping for two people. Scenery is beautiful, especially when the fall colors start coming in. Restrooms are the best of any camping area I've been to, but bring your own toilet paper as the provided supply tends to run out quickly. A potable water tap is a great addition.
