I didn’t have the pleasure of staying at the resort but definitely have it down in our future plans. We visited Wyoming for the first time coming from Denver. Our bison tour guide was very informative and made the tour 10x more exciting for my 6 year old and myself. When we have family in town we will definitely be bringing them here, such a unique experience. Also. Feed the bison!! Once in a lifetime

Stopped in for a quick side trip while visiting Fort Collins and had a fantastic time! Baby's first bison was a hit for sure, train ride is worth every penny and Bill our cowboy guide was outstanding, interesting funny and definitely knows these animals. Absolutely buy a bag of the feed per person you'll still wish you'd bought more. Great gift shop as well for western souvenirs. Thanks y'all!

We have been here twice and absolutely love the charm and atmosphere! Look forward to coming again! Camped once and stayed in a cabin the other time, both are great for different reasons. The cabins are spacious and the views of the big bison field are unparalleled! The sunsets in general at the ranch too are amazing! The ride on the bison train is a must! All the staff have always been super welcoming, polite and helpful.
There is just something about it here that keeps us coming back !

Absolutely terrible experience. The only reason this place is getting even one star is because of the animals—they were genuinely fascinating and well worth seeing. Unfortunately, everything else about the visit was a complete letdown.

First off, the pricing is ridiculous. Everything is massively overpriced—from the entry tickets to the food and gift shop. You’d think for those prices you’d get decent service, but no. The staff were shockingly rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping visitors was a burden. I’ve honestly had more pleasant interactions at airport security.

It’s ironic that the animals seemed more intelligent and better behaved than the people running the place. The management clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction, and it shows.

Do yourself a favor—skip this place and find somewhere that actually values its guests and treats them with basic respect.

Hello, my wife and I came out here for my birthday.

Things have been stressful and haven't been feeling right recently.
Came out on a whim and it proved to be amazing.

Great scenery.
Great customer service.
I try not to but I can be in my own little world sometimes.

They really put out effort and made me feel Welcome.
The Bison 🦬 train ride was amazing..
Such awesome animals.
You can feed them and they give you quite a bit of time to meet these wonderful animals.

Our train tour guide and driver were amazing.
We hope to come out again and visit next year.

Thank you so much for a fun and peaceful time.

I saw this on the internet and knew I had to go. My wife has an infatuation with bison, so we decided to make the trip. They're are located about an hour from Denver. We did not stay at their hotel or see any of the rooms. We visited their gift shop and paid for the train tour. We were then given a map of the site. They have so many animals at this site, but the best are the bison. You catch a train ride that's about a 45-minute ride, including stopping to feed the buffalo. Besides the bison, they have several horses, colts, sheep, hogs, roosters, and chickens. Admission is $20 person, bag of food for $5. Highly recommend for those that don't want to be gored at Yellstone National Park

We went for the “train” ride. Nothing was said about the trains being under repair when spending the money but I paid $50 to ride in a ghetto school bus where my kid couldn’t reach to feed the buffalo. The stories the guy told was nice, the buffalos were pleasant but I don’t understand why it’s still full price when the trains aren’t working so you’re riding a wooden box that they open the door when you get to the bison and they expect all 25 people to feed the bison out of the door….. I bought the food for my kid to feed them not for me to have to basically throw them to the bison because we had to stick out body’s out windows to even reach to feed them or fight for a spot to feed them for $50. I recommend the place if you want to feed the Bison but I recommend making sure that the train is working and you’re not going to have to fight to feed them. Or maybe if you just want the scenery….
