Nice little state park. If you're local, it's worth going to. I wouldn't make a special trip. There are 2 posted walking trails. One is .8 miles and the other is .2 miles. They meander throughout, so it's not like 1 continuous path, so you could end up walking much farther. One of the bridges is washed out from recent rains. It's divided into 3 sections: flowers, natural but tended, and wild. Except for three flowers area it's mostly all wild. No complaints. It's mostly flat except one portion is slightly uphill/downhill, so if you have accessibility issues be aware it's not all flat. Overall a nice little park. Nothing fancy.

Pretty park but it would be difficult for someone who has a disability like a mobility or limited vision disability because the paths are in rough shape in some places and limbs hang in the walk ways BUT they do keep the baths pretty clear otherwise. It's a beautiful park it really is. Love the little bunnies. The path is kept very clean in spite of the falling leaves

This little park has a beautiful scenic walkway. Many beautiful flowers. Trees were both naturally placed and brought in. The park is well kept up, the bathrooms clean. If you are wanting to stamp your Arkansas passport please bring a crayon or pencil. The stamp in through the gate on the left. I enjoyed my visit and hope you do as well.

So much potential. Place needed some attention when we were there. Some of the named trees and shrubs are pretty much dead. Some of the paved walkways are covered with moss creating a slippery safety hazard in those places that are not level. The gazebos are nice with all of the landscaping & flower beds around them, but you can see everything worth seeing within the 1st 25 yards of the entrance. (see attached pics)
I'm sure it's more worthy of a visit when the spring blooms are still present, but this is a state park where people visit throughout the year. Can't recommend it right now, but I won't say it's not worth the stop if you're in the area.

I remember when the school started it we all played a little part in this beautiful landscape. I even had my 57th birthday photo shoot here and I love the atmosphere it's a beautiful Natural Forrest environment with so many wonderful things to see if you love nature.

This was a great little area to relax and have a nice walk in. Beautiful plants and so many butterflies. Also if you like to find Caches there is a great one in here.

The trail needs repairs. Was a little uneven. No butterflies visible at this time.
Bees were out, which is a good sign.

We enjoyed our visit to the Arboretum. Its a great place to visit and explore if you are in El Dorado. The trails are mostly paved, so it's an easy hike. There are also several picnic tables and public restrooms.
