I've had a great stay at this hotel, and a big part of that is thanks to Mike! He's been incredibly helpful. Friendly and always make sure everything was just right from check-in to small daily needs. Mike, went above, and beyond to make the experience feel comfortable and welcoming. It's rare to find someone who generally cares about guests the way he does. Highly recommend this place- and be sure to say Hi to Mike when you stay!

Upon checking in very late in the evening we were greeted by Bernadette and she was extremely helpful polite and respectful very kind great customer service! She is an asset to your team!
Unfortunately our first room had many issues and we had to switch rooms, how ever Bernadette apologized several times for the room not being clean she is very professional, considerate, patient and understanding. The location is great there's comedy club that's close within walking distance a very nice restaurant seems to be a pretty safe location compared to others I have experienced and I'm grateful to have Bernadette and Mike both as property managers here. They take your concerns serious and address them as promptly and quickly as possible. If you are looking for a safer location to stay this would be my recommendation very quiet and peaceful more family orientated than most and not a lot of partying or riff Raff.

The rooms are clean and Terrell provided the best customer Service we have had in a long time he went the extra mile for me and my family. He took care of our needs and made us feel like we actually matter. He is always kind, never has an attitude, never cuts us off when we are talking and always looks us in the eyes with respect.

The room was very shubby and with very strong smell of disinfectant ,the first night couldn't sleep because of this. "Included breakfast" means you could get a coffee with a granola bar. Room does not have clock. The furniture and appliances are very in bad condition and we're not replaced for long time.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good and outside property well maintained. Water you could get only from vending machines which were located in the laundry in the different building. I would recommend to get room in some other place.

If your looking for somewhere nice and professional to stay, this is not the place to go to. I called today to see where my refund status is sitting as I was told 5 weeks ago I would be refunded for an accidental charge and cancelation within time frame and from the start of the phone call the girl was completely rude to me. I asked to speak with a manager as this has been going on over 5 weeks and she tells me she is the manager. She then tells me I will not be getting a refund (without even looking into anything). I question what happened from then to now and told her my frustrations and she proceeds to hang up on me without any resolution. And this is a MANAGER treating acting this way. There is a reason this hotel is a 3 star hotel. Stay far away!!

I came to this hotel after an issue with another ESA locations management. I was apprehensive at first with this location due to such.

Terrel at the front desk pretty immediately put those fears to rest.
He made the check in process smooth, and really put in extra work to make the first impression count with his professionalism and humor.
He even called to ensure I had no problems with the room after I checked in.

Terrel sets the bar for customer service, courtesy, and made something as minor as checking in an enjoyable experience.

Mike and lei are one of the kindest hotel people I’ve met will definitely make your stay here wonderful. Rooms are great clean and have everything you need if you’re looking for a place in dtc this is the spot!
