A Life-Changing Experience with SKYIN and Skyler Mason

My journey with SKYIN was unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged by Skyler Mason and his amazing Kenyan team. This was more than just a safari—it was a personal, culturally rich experience that connected me deeply to Kenya.

We began in Nairobi with visits to the giraffe and elephant sanctuaries—an incredible way to connect with Kenya’s wildlife up close. From there, we traveled to the breathtaking Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha. The safaris were absolutely stunning—every game drive was filled with wonder, beauty, and unforgettable moments. The properties I stayed at were gorgeous and carefully selected to enhance the experience.

A highlight was visiting the Maasai village that Skyler has been connected to since he was a teenager. The community warmly welcomed us, prepared a traditional lunch, showed us their homes, and shared their way of life—an experience I’ll always cherish.

On my last day, I met families in Nairobi who offer homestays—an amazing option for travelers seeking a deeper cultural connection.

It was hard to leave. This trip left a lasting mark on my heart. If you’re looking for a personal, authentic, well-planned, and meaningful adventure in Kenya, I highly recommend SKYIN.

Just ended a week on a SKYIN Safari adventure. Every moment of the trip was exceptional from the Narobi elephant and giraffe experiences to the game rides in the Maasai Mara. Staff encounters along the way were all excellent and we always felt safe and cared for during the entire journey. Many unique experiences were provided including a hippo viewing canoe ride and an amazing visit to a Maasai Tribal Village where we learned about their culture and heritage. Arranged accommodations were amazing with a home stay option being available. All trips are fully customizable. If you're looking for an unforgettable high level Safari experience in Kenya I would highly recommend this company. Every moment was amazing and I am leaving Kenya a changed person because of my SKYIN adventure! Can't wait to go back again experience more of Africa with SKYIN!

Skyler Mason and all of the Skyin employees in Kenya were the utmost professionals. They made our comfort and safety their number one priority. The accommodations that we either stayed at or inspected were lovely and gave me a good sense of what my clients will experience. The immersive experience at the Maasai village was unique and unlike anything I have experienced. I don’t believe there is another DMC offering anything similar. I liked that as an advisor and client I always knew what to expect. Meeting the house mothers for the home stays was another unique highlight.
