i wish i could rate zero stars. staff is rude. I came in with a service animal with proper papers and a licensed professional on call to deal with the matter. Before getting out of my car, someone knocked on my window telling me pets weren’t allowed. I explained he’s a service animal and that i had a lawyer i could call or a doctor to verify anything they needed. He said it wouldn’t be necessary and told me $150 for a weeks stay but unfortunately the rooms weren’t ready until the following day. I come back the following day and someone else tells me i’ve been up charged to $175. Then proceeded to tell me the room they’re offering me for an up charged price isn’t incomplete with no tv. My grandfather stayed here for awhile and informed me the hot water doesn’t work most times. Overall everyone was rude and feel like they tried to take advantage of a homeless teen trying to pay money for their services.

The room was infested with flies; a massive spider web was helping with that. There was a tissue on the sheets. They obviously didn't wash the bedding before making it. The sheets also had 3D debris, like mucus. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't shut. There was water damage on the ceiling. When we couldn't get a refund, they showed us another room. Their was black mold on the ceiling that seemed to have formed from the excessive water damage. The musty warm smell coupled with the fear of the ceiling falling down on us in the middle of the night caused us to leave immediately.

Room hot for a long time after a/c turned on. Bed very uncomfortable. Curtains half down. Shower head fell off when water turned on no way to make it stay on. No batteries in remote but when manually turned on TV - no signal. 4 lamps in room only 1 bulb. No plug outlet near bed to charge phone so put it on dresser and plugged in but that outlet did not work so no charge. Only 1 towel, 1 hand towel, 2 wash clothes. Room has an old smell. No fridge (needed for insulin), microwave was absolutely nasty - I would not have even stored my dog's food in it. This was last week (10/2023) and as a wide load escort driver the trucker and I just needed a couple of decent rooms to sleep a few hours and grab hot showers and get back on the road. He said his room was not a lot better than mine. For sure will not stay again and will advise trucker and escort friends as well.

It's a total scam, stay away from this hotel. Don't fall for it. Ended up having to sleep in my car because the hotel doesn't offer bookings or online check in. Rude employees and disrespectful management. It should be zero stars

Was a great place to stop for the night.. off in the cut away from highway traffic, quite place, front desk clerk Erica was sweet, room was good. Bed needs a little TLC mattress was a little old. They had my air turned on for me when I got there.

Stayed here over night. Guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms are pretty run down. The AC hardly worked and the fridge didn’t work. Two flat pillows for the bed. Burn holes in the sheets. There was drawings all over the lamp shades. And honestly the amount of locks on the door was concerning. It did the job for just needing a place to sleep and continue going.

Room was very clean and nice for the price. I usually don’t do these reviews, but I read a few before going to the motel an it spooked me a little. For no reason because, It was a wonderful room & for a low price. Very clean an even smelled nice an had air fresheners. Also in a Good location. And it’s easy to reach the owner who is extremely welcoming an helpful!

Where do I start? The rates are really low which is nice. The room, which I understand may have been one of the ones not renovated yet was old, dated but but not bad. Parking was good for a semi. Water pressure in the shower was also good. The air-conditioning worked well. They have a mini fridge and microwave. The staff fellow was nice but hard to understand. Over all, aside from feeling like something but me several times in bed, it was a nice stay. If I am in need again, I will give it one more try before I decide for sure yay nor nay.
