This is a wonderful dive shop with great product selection and tremendous customer service! As a relatively new diver, I'm happy to have found Ascubdiving before I purchased the final items that I needed to round out my full kit.

Looking for a BCD and a dive computer, Jerret was extremely knowledgable and helpful in informing my selections. My preferred brand for a BCD was Aqualung. I was quite happy to hear that Ascubdiving had recently added this respected brand to their lineup and I was able to try models and sizes from their initial shipment. There's NO substitute for being able to try on a BCD, and for receiving seasoned input, to ensure proper sizing!

For a dive computer, I was leaning towards Garmin and ended up going with the Mk3i + T2 transmitter. They didn't have the 51mm version in stock, so Jerret ordered it from Garmin and emailed me a few days later when arrived in-shop.

The service didn't stop with just those products that I'd purchased from Ascubadiving. Jerret offered to have me bring in my Reg and Octo (also new, but purchased prior to finding Ascuba) and connect all, including the BCD and T2 air transmitter to an air tank to ensure all were working properly. That gave me tremendous peace of mind for heading out the following week on back-to-back trips to Key Largo and Roatan!

I'm so happy to have found this gem of a dive shop! It's a bonus that it's a mere 6 from my home. Given their great service and product selection, I'd drive across the metroplex to visit Ascubdiving. Highly recommended!

They answer all of my silly questions and spend the time with me to ensure I am getting the best deals and products!

If you're looking to get your certification then definitely go with this place, Bill is super good at teaching, answering all your questions, and preparing you do be a safe diver. i will definitely be coming back when the time comes to get my advanced open water!

Bill was a great instructor who worked well with diverse students. He was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was one who was very scared initially, however he gave me the confidence that was needed to trust the gear. Once I jumped into the ocean I regretted not getting certified sooner, because it was the most beautiful experience in the world. I definitely wish I would have gotten certified earlier. I highly recommend Bill as an instructor! The best part, he’s willing to travel around the globe to dive with students and upgrade them to higher levels. After getting initially certified, I contacted him to come to Hawaii so that I could earn my Advanced Open Water cert.

My wife and I completed the PADI open water class in a private session with Bill. The experience was fantastic and we were very comfortable with our first trip to the Caribbean shortly after. The skills we learned were invaluable. I really appreciated the time Bill spent working with my wife to make sure she was comfortable with her diving skills as she was very apprehensive about learning to dive initially. We look forward to doing our Advanced open water in the future
