Very outdated hotel. Room furniture is often stained and worn out. Phones don't work half the time.
Hit or miss on cleanliness. Had to change rooms this last stay due to my room not having been cleaned from person who had it prior to me.
Good location, air conditioner works well, and the bed was comfortable.
Price was very high for quality.
Probably won't stay here again unless forced.

They are getting ready to update. I currently love the setup. We usually have a living area, 2 TV’s. It is perfect for us. My husband gets up early for golf. I sleep in. Every worker there is very kind and helpful. We always enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to see the updates coming soon!

This hotel is an embarrassment. Not only is the staff unfriendly but they also can’t seem to understand basic questions. First of all, they were overbooked and booked us anyways leading to us being put in a disgusting room that we later had to change out anyways after being promised a pull out bed (there wasn’t one). One staff member also won’t even talk loud enough to be heard and so you have to ask what they even said fifty times when trying to have a conversation. Honestly I will never be staying here again and am totally grossed out by this hotel and the whole experience.

Was expecting more from a Hyatt.

Hot tub was out of order, upon looking, I see other reviews stating the same, so looks like it’s been that way for several months.

The hotel ran out of toilet paper. In the room, what you had on the roll is all there was.

The A/C when it kicks on, it tends to startle you it’s so abrupt.

Exhaust in the bathrooms didn’t seem to function as taking a shower the room didn’t seem to remove the humidity for quite a while.

The fire department showed up a couple times while there for smoke detectors triggered by guests taking showers. If the exhaust worked that would have surely helped with that.

Luckily I kept the bathroom door shut so that never occurred for mine.

Was surprised there weren’t premium channels such as HBO.

Stains on the carpet in the room.

The hotel really isn’t within close walking proximity to much, so you end up driving.

Front desk staff were friendly.

The hotel itself was just ok. We stayed in 221 and the room did not have a microwave, (just a space where one had been removed) and there was a big window with no curtain and a very bright spot light shining into the room at night. Made it tough to fall asleep. On the positive, the location is good, and the staff was nice. We were there for a baseball tournament, and unfortunately the indoor pool was freezing cold, and didn’t appear to be circulating at all..and the hot tub was closed..roped off with caution tape, which was a bummer. The pool door wouldn’t open with a room key, so you had to get the front desk employee when you wanted to use it.

I have traveled all over the world and this place is by far one of the best places that I stayed at.
The hotel staff were like family and the guests were like neighbors.
I stayed here for a few weeks and I wish I could have stayed all year. If they get a chance to read this I want them to know that they are very special and phenomenal people. Thank you so much

This is a very luxury clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly caring staff from the front desk Alex and Tatum to the restaurant server Karyna, they make me and my Border Collie feel welcome and home away from home.
Your staff well deserved a 5 star recognition rate !

Aside from the $12 terrible glass of wine I had, everything was great. Decent breakfast spread. Couldn’t access the pool though.
