I usually stayed at the full service Holiday Inn when in the Rogers area, but apparently, it was sold. Gave the Express a try. I've been a loyal Holiday Inn customer for many years, but their service and quality seems to be hit and miss anymore. The rooms here are dated with the old AC units at the window. The rooms were fairly clean. However, in every Holiday Inn we've ever stayed, you get a complimentary bottle of water per person. We asked about this and the front desk told us, "We don't have the budget for that." It's the small things that make the difference. Will be staying at the Doubletree in Rogers on future visits.

My husband and I stayed here last night on second floor king room. They are in the middle of remodeling so the second floor is mostly remodeled and freshly painted. The fumes were almost unbearable but our room was nicely done. Two suggestions for the room would be if your going to remodel the rooms then furnish with all new furniture. The king mattress in our room had a dip in it on the side where clearly everyone sleeps. It needs replaced in a bad way. Also the blow dryer is old and disgusting. Also the power button was the only thing that works on the remote to TV.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn on a work trip for my husband. The location was good and overall, the rooms were good. The beds are super cushy, which for most people is a good thing. But for me, it was too cushy. I need a firm mattress for neck and back problems, so I only got about two hours of sleep.

The front desk receptionists were great both last night and this morning, but the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were dry and tasted bad, the bagels were rock hard, and the apple juice was watered-down. I ate two pieces of bacon (which also tasted old), and my husband had bacon and some cereal. He's headed into an inspection that will take quite a bit of time, so it would have been nice to get a solid breakfast that would carry him through that. In fact, we chose this hotel over Hilton because it served breakfast, so we were sorely disappointed.

Prior to having breakfast, we might have considered staying here again, but the meal options were pretty terrible. I don't know that we'd stay here again.

Great, nicely renovated hotel. Kind staff. Good breakfast included with stay. Clean rooms, clean linens.

Service was nice/friendly. Rooms/bathrooms were spacious n very clean. Beds were firm just how I like em, plenty of pillow options. I appreciated that the bathroom had its own locking door that's not very popular these days in other hotels. The shower had amazing water pressure, very warm, but not hot like my friend prefers lol. There was a Denny's right next door so that was convenient if we wanted late food but the breakfast was actually very good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits with sausage gravy were all delicious and good OJ. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I had to stay here because we got a flat tire 3 hours from home and couldn’t get it fixed til the morning. The room was great and the staff were super kind and were going to let us check out as late as 1pm if needed without an extra charge as it took longer than expected to fix it!!The breakfast was also good considering it was free. Would also say the hotel was in a pretty safe area, we had all of our Christmas presents and other stuff in the car overnight and nothing happened to them.

Pros & Cons, Pros- Decent location close to a lot of places. Okay, breakfast buffet nice perk to have. Staff seemed friendly. Cons- The hotel hallways, rooms and lobby had a smell of backed up sewage. Bathroom shower had mold stains. Bathroom door was in rough shape and was hard to open and close. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud and rattling. Overall, the hotel was not that bad, but the smell was overpowering and really ruined the experience. Not sure. I would stay at this location again.
