This was unexpectedly clean and well maintained. A nice clean room. Towels were folded into a variety of animal shapes! The front desk was quick, efficient and informative. This has not been my experience at this type of Inn. I would recommend this place!

The hotel is definitely old with doors on the outside of the building, but it has been remodeled and updated and looks great. The beds were semi-comfortable. The shower water was room temp. We had an issue with our key cards not working on the second use, but front desk promptly corrected the problem. There was an odd odor, but nothing that a little essential oils couldn't knock out. It was a little noisy from guests outside, but not horrible. The heater and a/c worked EXTREMELY well! The breakfast options were really fresh and plentiful. The breakfast hostess was friendly and worked very hard to make sure the area was tidy, the food was fresh and that we had everything we needed. |Location is convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

As a hotel with outside access rooms, I was pleasantly surprised. The ground, lobby and room were all clean and maintained. Beds were decent, parking spots were roomy. The breakfast which was decent, is served by 5:30 which was great for early starts. The Mexican restaurant adjacent was good. The staff all seemed friendly and accommodating. The pricing in comparison of other local places, keeps this one on top. Would stay again.

This location was very nice, clean, and felt safe. Easy to access any area of town, and surrounding areas. Julie, Sherry, and the cleaning staff were all outstanding! We will definitely stay here again, when we come for an antique show, or just a weekend in Brenham

So their are some not good reviews about the experience at the competition in Brenham. They earned it. But Im telling you there is a very nice working machine at the Best Western. I got a lower price night of,, with app at front desk. Lady at desk was super polite and professional. Lady at morning desk was super nice and professional. Lady at the breakfast is the employee to be fought over for her amazing work ethic. she seals the deal. the breakfast lady was friendly and greeted EVERY single new attendee. She made sure the food bins were capacity and clean up, she made sure the tables were clear,and she moved around at a pace like a professional waitress that makes the most money in your favorite diner. So You are sure to have a super morning wake up and greeting here. Our room was a nice standard. Nice bed and AC worked. Pillows are a bit small... But thats not a deal really for me. Bathroom is nice, tv nice sound. I considered this a fair value as comparable to the overpriced of the other three with the free breakfast. Hows that. Its cheaper, Its friendlier, It well managed. And it also has a whole bunch of led lights that are bright all nite to keep your prized vehical on survellience. I liked all I saw and would highly recommend you choose this motel chain over any others for these features. Not the RITZ.... But it is the best deal and best experience out of all of Brenham. I read those competitor reviews and made my wise decison. You should also....

We love this hotel! The staff is always very nice, the rooms are clean and smell fresh. The linens and towels are clean, furniture is basic, but nice. You could live in the suite, it's quite roomy! I highly recommend this hotel!

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I went for my stay. The room was clean and nice. They had breakfast in the mornings. Recommend staying here and I will be staying here again.

Very nice hotel. Good staff. Quiet and efficient operation. Noisy road traffic. Good breakfast and clean rooms. No problems. Not much else to say. Pretty area of country. Good place to stop Overnight. No exercise room but they have one in town to use.
