Friendly staff and convenient location. Wi-Fi was not dependable for work and it seemed like it was cleaned in a hurry since it was still kinda dirty. But it was nice to have working A/C and a curtain that actually gives you privacy. Door felt secure but was tricky to lock every time.

Attentive and polite staff. Rooms were clean and taken care of. Stayed one night for the run event in town, perfect place to be.

We had two rooms in Bldg 4 last weekend. By entering the rooms we noticed right away a horrible smell. There was no way we would have stayed in the rooms. Elena has been such a sweetheart and did everything to accommodate us.
We moved to Bldg 2. It appeared that everything in this Bldg has been kind of remodeled. At least no carpets. Thanks for that.
The hair dryer in one of the rooms didn't work at all. The towles were stained and not clean and fresh. The washcloth are old and very mich used up.It was certainty noticeable that the rooms have not been thoroughly cleaned. There have been footprints all over the rooms. The headboards have not been cleaned, possibly not even desinfected. Very sad, they all want to make money, but not doing their part.
So, no, we are not going to stay in this place again. We certainly don't recommend it either. Very sad!

First up, not clean. That's not to say you're going to leave feeling ill or anything. It's just not cleaned properly. Hair (looks like body hair) on the window sill, stains on the floor, walls and door in the bathroom, headboards aren't clean either, room had a smell of smoke (non smoking room).

"Breakfast included":

The cheapest white bread, seems to be put out in rations. So get it while you can! A banana, cereal bar and muffin. Again, you won't starve, but it's just all individually packaged bits and bobs. All carbs, all sugar, nothing gluten free or lactose free if that's a concern.
Staff were ok, nothing so sing about, but also not unpleasant. Just played music on his phone behind the desk and ignored us for the most part.
If I had no place to go, I'd go again. But, for USD 55+ tax, you'll find much cleaner, and with a better breakfast.

I "lived" here for 4 weeks. They took care of me. Always brought fresh/clean towels daily. The weekly rate is great. The coffee is ready every morning in the front office. It is not far from Houston. I do not hesitate recommending this hotel. Thanks for taking good care of me while I was away from home!

My husband and I drove all night and just needed a quick place to sleep. We were very pleased with our stay. Unlike other cheap, quick hotels we have stayed in, the lobby was beautiful and the staff were very kind. We got to our room, and it was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed we had. The comfort of the bed was impressive. I feel like I slept better here than I have in my own bed in some time. Morning came and we walked to the lobby for breakfast. Your choice of hot or iced coffee (impressive) and a variety of wrapped pastries and fruit. I highly recommend this stay.

We evacuated due to no power at our home after Beryl. Many hotels had zero availability so we were happy to find an opening here. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when checking in. The grounds are well kept and our room was clean and neatly prepared for us. We booked two rooms for two nights and also had a pet. Again, they were very accommodating with us having a dog which helped an already stressful situation. We requested to add an additional night and the front desk was very courteous and helpful in adding an additional night. The rooms are large, had a desk area for my husband to work, and was convenient to stores and eating places. Thank you for a great stay.
