Room was fine, though a tad run down. The property could definitely use some remodeling but all in all, the stay was great and I have no complaints, other than the breakfast. It was nothing special and out of the 30 plus of us there for a wedding, we didn't eat much of the "free breakfast".

Currently staying here. First night was on a different floor and had no problems. Came back and now it’s two days in a row of not sleeping because the walls are thin and they won’t do anything if someone has their tv up loud all night. I even spoke to front desk but here I am up at 2am. Again.

Stayed here for the A&M/tu game. This place was super clean, friendly, great breakfast, and the rooms were large and spacious. AC unit was a little noisy and could use an update, and you can hear your neighbors talking through the walls, but other than that wonderful stay!

I have one word... BREAKFAST!! So I loved everything about my stay here but the breakfast was the best!! They had EVERYTHING!! I don't think I got a photo but you know how you go to a hotel breakfast and you think "oh darn, I wish they had the___" ...bagels or oatmeal or fresh fruit or waffles or sausage or WHATEVER!! Well they had everything here!! Everything!! Biscuits and gravy!! Waffles!! Fresh fruit!! I'm sorry to come off so excited and maybe it was a special occasion or something but they had every breakfast item that hotels have. The muffins. The danishes. Just everything. I was in shock and it was divine!! For a free breakfast it was definitely worth it.

We stayed in the accessible room and it was roomy. The shower was a tub. We came up for one of my fiancé's gigs and we really enjoyed our stay!!

Hispanic woman working the Front desk on Sunday morning 02/02 left myself and my wife waiting nearly 20 minutes for our receipt after checking out. Behaved as if it were a huge inconvenience to simply print it and let us be on our way. Instead she answered a booking reservation and chose to ignore us and proceed with that phone call. I got tired of waiting and had my wife wait to get the receipt and went outside to load our luggage in the car. After waiting outside thinking my wife would be coming out, I walked back in to find the front desk person STILL on the phone, with my wife still waiting for the printout. I also believed we had left an item in the room and had asked for the key back and she pointed to the little bucket on the counter and us fish it out ourselves.
Went up to the room and approached the front desk again. This time after over nearly 20 minutes the receipt was on the counter. I asked if this was ours and she just looked at me, never acknowledging my simple question. I know this is a small town, with limited lodging and we actually have to come back down for a memorial service tomorrow but I can tell you, where we won't be staying, and that's at this hotel.

Don’t stay here. You won’t get any services. No coffee, no towels, no bed made, no trash emptied. We’ve stayed here 3 nights and no one has entered our room. We have received a bunch of excuses. “We were understaffed that day.” And so on. Stay elsewhere.

Once again, Hampton Inns prove to be dependably excellent! Everyone was welcoming and helpful, our room was super clean with a unique set up, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious and generous.

Everything about the stay was fine aside from housekeeping. For some reason, beginning around 8:30-9 a.m., they continuously banged on all the doors yelling "housekeeping," every 20 minutes or so. They did it all morning up until check out. So much for getting some sleep.
