Went in on Wednesday at 9am worked for 1 hour setting up cruise told agent I would be back same time next day with wife to finalize. Got there next day at 9am note in window said would not be back until 10am. Wife to took of work to make it there I guess our time is not important to them.

Had a short wait in line but a lot of the shops were closed due to covid-19 but still had plenty of shopping. Easy to make your way around the airport with the sceens and maps
