We played Blackjack with Amy and had the BEST time! She is a great dealer and made our game so fun and enjoyable. She even remembered all of our names 🙂 Would definitely ask for her again! We love Amy!!

The dealers did an amazing job and James was great! However Debora is horrible and my experience with her is something I wish to NEVER have to do again. There was a issue between her delivery guys and the business owner next door to the venue space when delivering it was NOT with me “the client” but when she asked to speak with me at the end of the night regarding the issue she yelled, cursed , threatened to charge ME an additional $300 and then hung up in my face. This is so unexceptable and unprofessional for an entertainment business owner to act with her clients. I will never again to business or even recommend Vegas Concepts to anyone and I do a lot of party & event planning. I should have absolutely read the GOOGLE reviews on this place before doing business with them.
