As I was planning my wedding and looking for a coordinator, Katie came as a recommendation from my parents, who encountered her at another family wedding. They absolutely raved about her - how calm she was, how efficient she was, and how she resolved some difficult situations easily, before the wedding party or guests even could realize something needed fixing. So I inquired, and when my (now!) husband and I spoke to Katie on the phone for the first time, we felt like we had been friends our whole lives. Completely down to earth and attentive to YOUR special day and YOUR wants. Katie was available throughout the entire process to just chat/answer questions, even though she was not contractually required to do so. But come wedding day - JUST WOW. Katie made everything so, so flawless and easy and fun. She was everywhere all at once, ensuring that our vision was brought to life. She helped collect everything from the church and from the reception, and absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we had our perfect day. Even our wedding party raved about her because she was just so helpful. When a Bridesmaid forgot items on the limo? Katie saved the day. Need someone to help collect items off the tables? Katie already did that. Need someone to make sure the flowers get from the church to the reception because that’s a detail you forgot to plan? Katie had it covered. Katie was absolutely amazing….if you want a care-free, PERFECT day, Katie is definitely a huge part of making that happen!

Katie was a FANTASTIC asset on our wedding day. She was helpful in ways we don't even know about because she was doing such a great job behind the scenes! We ended up doing a lot of work before the wedding with our timeline and setup so we actually felt bad that we didn't utilize her for more of that stuff versus doing it ourselves. However, she still found ways to be exceedingly helpful and gave us great suggestions for things we didnt account for. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a professional, hard-working, helpful, fun and kind wedding coordinator.

I could not have pulled off the backyard wedding of my dreams without Katie! I loved the planning process and wanted to plan my wedding myself, but when the day came I needed her help so I could enjoy my wedding. She handled unexpected situations and carried out the details I had shared with her throughout the day. Katie also asked all the right questions in order to make decisions the way I would have during the wedding without needing my help!
