I was lucky enough to be hired to work a wedding that Randi was coordinating. Randi is a phenomenal coordinator. Leading up to the wedding she was extremely organized with her vendors. She made sure we had all of the information we needed and that all of our questions were answered. The day of the wedding she was calm and excited leading up to the wedding. Offering to help all of the vendors set up and making sure we were ready to go. As a fellow vendor, I can only hope to work with Randi again. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes at wedding and getting to work with a coordinator that is on-top of everything and is prepared with a backup plan for if/and when things go wrong is amazing. She handled bumps in the road with grace. Her focus is to make sure the couple and their guests are having a good time. We will tell anyone who asks about our wedding that Randi was the best decision and best money that we spent on our day, if I could give her 10 stars I would!. I attempted to plan myself but quickly became overwhelmed with all of the details and moving parts. After one meeting with Randi, I was so comfortable, calm, and confident that we had made the right call. She answered every phone call and text message with such enthusiasm and never made me feel like I asked too many questions (even though I am sure I did!). Our actual wedding day would not have gone as amazing as it did without her. I was so calm all morning knowing that she was at the venue taking care of everything. So many things ‘went wrong’, we had to move the ceremony indoors last minute due to rain, my dress got muddy right before the ceremony, etc., and Randi met every single challenge with a calm smile and an “it’s okay, I’ve got this” and SHE DID! The wedding party, our parents, all of the guests, and every single vendor kept asking (and continue to ask to this day) about who our wedding planner was and rave about her & how this was the smoothest wedding they had ever attended/worked – all thanks to her.

I wish I could personally talk to every couple that is thinking about hiring her and express just how much she did for us and how this is one decision that you would never regret. Her passion combined with who she is makes the perfect combination for the person you want beside you through your wedding journey.
