We stayed at the Air Haus and loved it! Upstairs is nicely done and accommodates 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. Downstairs has 5 bunk beds and a separate bathroom. Ac blows cold. Decks have many places to sit and relax with easy access to the water. It was so peaceful we are planning to book for family get together.

Our family loves our "River Road Escapes" vacation each year!! The house that we rent is spacious, clean and very comfortable and we have private river access! Also, anytime I have ever spoken with the staff they are awesome, very professional but also very personable! We have stayed here two years in a row and plan to make it an annual tradition! I would highly recommend "River Road Escapes."

Going to put this at the top, we could have used it. If you can put in at the 4th cut resort, like we did, it was about a 2 hour, 20 minute float back to the house, and the river was at like 80-100 cfm, very slow. Several places to get out and walk, but 90% float...

We stayed at the Water house. Great place to stay, some warning though. We got there Thursday afternoon, the fridge was making a god awful noise. I call the number, "Property Manager" answers, tell her, put it on speaker phone "Not sure what I can do, I'll have to order one, it'll be a few days" (an entire refrigerator mind you). "Really..." ..................... "Yeah, so is that it? We're here for 3 nights..." "What else can I do?" "Ummm...can I talk to the manager?" "That's me". "Can we escalate please?" "Yes, I can have the owner call you". "GREAT!!!!"

Still waiting on that call...we're already back home. Of course, it stopped making the noise last night. Couldn't hear it in the bedrooms, but was always with you while cooking or sitting in the living/dining room.

BUT! The place was great, right on the river, worth every penny (even with the shut-down by the governor). We'll probably stay again, but some effort by the property manager and the owner would have helped...

We had a great time staying at this place! It was plenty spacious, enough for 18-19 adults. Bunk beds located on the bottom floor, and three full bedrooms on the top floor. 2 full bathrooms upstairs, full kitchen, living room with plenty of places to sit and be together in one room, and downstairs a full bathroom as well. The deck had a great view of the Guadalupe, and the downstairs deck was great as well. Wonderful property, would definitely stay again with a big group.

The house was clean with plenty of space for my family of 15 to enjoy quality time together directly on the river floating and just hanging out. Check in/out was super easy. We were able to get any questions answered very quickly via text or email before and during our stay. My favorite was the outdoor porch area over looking the river, we ate all our meals there and spent many hours laughing, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We look forward to staying here again next year!

We loved this rental! Very clean, fits 12 people perfectly. The river location is nice, not too crowded. Nice big rock ledge at the house easy for swimming without floating away. There a 2 houses next door that can be rented if doing a large group up to 36 people! We will be back!

I really recommend this house. Is fully equipped and great for a large family. The private access to the river is the best thing. My family spend the weekend and we really enjoyed the stay at the house and swimming at the river. Kids and adults will enjoy. Dont forget your water shoes you will need them.
