I'm a relatively novice diver and have now been out with Lake Travis Scuba 7 or 8 times. Every time I've been out I've had fun and learned a lot. Robert and the Dive Masters on the Great Stride are always generous with their experience and really patient with newer divers. In the few months that I've been diving with them my knowledge and confidence have grown tremendously plus I've connected with some dive buddies. I highly recommend diving with Lake Travis Scuba!

People thought my phone was lost forever but I would call them right away or if you lost your phone have a friend call them right away. I was shocked they recovered my phone. I was so happy about this service, saved me money from buying a new phone & losing all my pictures etc. Very professional, told me about the whole process and runs a very honest business. They were very thorough in the search. To speed up the search process, be sure to may have you or a friend mark GPS location where you lost your item. Or even take pictures/videos of any rocks or trees or poles, even what direction the boat was parked. Anything that is adjacent to where you lost your item to help them find it faster. Any bit of information helps them get your item back. Will recommend them again in the future for my friends.

I dropped my phone in the lake, and within 30 minutes, Robert was there to help! I’m currently writing this review on my perfectly fine phone, which he rescued in under 2 minutes.

Robert is a godsend. I dropped my phone about 15 feet deep at Town Lake on a late Sunday evening (on a holiday!). Sunset was around the corner, so there was limited time to retrieve my phone if it was going to happen that same day. Robert made himself available with zero notice, packed up his gear, and was on the road within minutes. He had all of the equipment necessary to find my phone in dark waters, and he provided me with a great YouTube video that uses sound to vibrate out all of the water from the phone’s speakers .

Helpful, communicative, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend to others. In a way, kinda glad I dropped my phone in the lake 🥲 Fun experience!

ROBERT IS THE MAN!!! 2 months ago I lost my chain and a pendant in Lake Travis during a boat party. I thought it was gone forever, until I met Robert. He helped a friend of mine find her phone(which we both lost our items on the same day) and he found the phone, so I saw hope in him finding my chain and pendant. I didn’t have that much faith that my chain would be found, since it had been around a week of it being in the lake, until robert came back with my chain. He unfortunately couldn’t find my pendant, but the chain was all that I cared about, since it was a gift from my parents when I graduated high school.
It is definitely quite pricey, but for sentimental and expensive items, it is worth the risk.(Also hoping one of these days the pendant is found, but if it isn’t, it is all good because I got what I wanted the most back!)

Great day of diving again with Robert. Never a dull moment with lots of laughs. Treasure hunting and seeing new areas to dive in lake Travis !

Easy to get in contact with, great at communication, and very efficient at what they do! Special shout out to Robert Weiss, he suited up like a hero and found my phone at the bottom of the lake in less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely amazing! Dropped the phone into the lake during a boat party Sunday, and emailed on Monday morning. Response was quick, and said he could meet after he got off work. Explained everything, showed photos, gave us video. Very welcoming and amazing at recovery. He looked at a photo and could tell by the trees exactly where the drop was. Fifteen minutes after he stepped off the boat, he has the item. Definitely worth the fee, if you drop something don’t hesitate, reach out. (It is expensive but worth it for sentimental and expensive items)
