Kristina worked with me, the pet transport team, vet offices, pet hotels, and everyone else to ensure a smooth and successful move of my 2 rabbits to Europe. They were constantly available to help with any last minute issues or changes and updated me every step of the way. I cannot recommend this company enough!

If anyone is relocating outside of the US, I highly recommend PetRelocation. Like any fur baby parent, I was very concerned about my four year old Spaniel’s move to England. Pet Relocation went above and beyond to make it the smoothest part of my relocation journey- from preparation, assisting the vet with ensuring the documentation was accurate and providing constant updates on my dogs journey. My dog went a day ahead of me and I got on my plane to London knowing she had been safely delivered and was happy and relaxed ahead of me. This review has taken forever for me to write, adjusting and moving with your furbabies is actually quite stressful. HOWEVER I am happy to report that we are all living our best lives in South Africa! We moved from North Carolina to Cape Town, SA.

Natalie was my agent, she was there for every question and email I sent (there were lots) and she was amazing! I was walked through every stage of the process including all the blood tests that are required for moving to SA. My babies, Ty (5) and Maggie (2) were well taken care of and photos were sent during their travel.

I can’t thank you guys enough for helping me move across the world with my doggies, and that they’re all safe! And to Natalie, I really appreciate you and all your help!

And to you that’s planning your journey ahead, it’s going to be scary and stressful, but don’t give up, you’re in great hands, and it is so worth it!

Kristina and her team did an absolutely fantastic job helping us move our dog Skye from Alaska to the Netherlands. We were so worried about such a long and complex move coming from Alaska but Kristina and the PetRelcoation team guided us through the whole process and organized every step of Skye’s trip. I recently had to put my father in a care home and so I inherited his two year old cat. Problem is - I currently live in the UK and my Dad lives in the US. When I found these guys I was so happy that they could take out all of the leg work from me as I had no clue what I was doing. We used Pet Relocation to move our family from DFW to the UK. Brittni and the team made the move simple. We were not your standard couple of cats and a dog but an entire cat sanctuary. Despite the numbers involved they worked with USDA & UK Customs to work everything out and ensure it all went smoothly. FedEx dropped the ball and again they got everyone rescheduled and booked to get us reunited before the holidays.
