I had the most amazing experience working with Michelle Abrams for my Mexico trip with friends! She is so on top of every step of your planning, travel there and travels back. Highly recommend Michele! When AA cancelled our flights 2 days before departure, and could not re-book us until 2 days after we were supposed to leave, Michele went to bat for us at the Resort. The Resort really drug their feet, but she kept after them. After 30 hours, we finally got the ok! We had a great time!

Michelle at Deluxe Travel Consultants is simply the best there is! She listens to each and every detail to try to help her clients make the best vacations decisions. Give her your budget and your dreams for the trip, and she won't steer you wrong. We just enjoyed a perfect family cruise vacation. As our departure day approached, we received all the information we needed on a daily basis without even having to ask any questions. But it's never an overwhelming amount of information all at once. She has obviously put many hours, days and weeks into compiling travel tips in order to help her clients have the smoothest travel experience possible. We had such a wonderful time on our honeymoon. Grenada was the perfect place to visit for a safe, tropical experience. The hotel La Luna was beautiful with the best view. The food was amazing. The only complain we have is the seats on the airplane. All 4 times we were in the 15 row. The seats did not recline because it was before the emergency row. It was horribly cramped for a 6 hour flight and the people in front of us keep reclining their seats which made it worse for us. We are very tall so it was not a fun experience. Next time we do more than a 3 hour fight I will upgrade to business or first class so we are not so uncomfortable.
