Wow! I ordered the beef cheese steak and it was super delicious! The other order was Black n Bleu, a burger my husband said was fantastic! This is a food truck but could pass as a 5 star restaurant!

Consistently excellent food. These dudes can cook! Excellent burger, meatball sub, wings!, cheesesteaks, macaroni & cheese, brisket, boudang eggrolls, fries, cuban sandwiches, bahn mi, etc.
We've definitely gained a couple lbs enjoying their stuff. Certainly one of the best eats in the area. They use quality ingredients, season and sear their food nicely, and they've got some awesomely unique twists and a rotating menu. We spread the word whenever possible. Iron horse saloon is a texas treasure as well. Food truck royalty right here. Low-key gourmet. Yassssur

What an incredible experience!!! The service is absolutely top tier. The owner is super sweet and super helpful!! The food came out really quick and was super fresh. We got an array of menu items and every single thing was phenomenal👏🏻

Personally, I got an order of fried pickles which were very flavorful. The ranch is INCREDIBLE!! I love it!! I also got a cheeseburger and fries. The fries are nice & crispy with some nice seasoning. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The pickles they use for the burgers are thick and juicy and perfect on the burger.
The chips & queso come with homemade potato chips and ohhhh my god. Sooooo good! Try it!

10/10 if you are anywhere near the area, check this place out! Even if you aren’t that close, make the trip, worth it.

The best Philly Cheesesteak. They call it the Big Tex. I have been looking for years for an authentic cheesesteak. They get the bread from Philly and season the meat to perfection. The service was top notch. The atmosphere only gets a four star because after all, it is a food truck. Next time we will see if we can go eat in the adjoining saloon. We will be back.

Ordered the Texas Cheesesteak. This was Absolutely the BEST cheesesteak I ever had! Savory flavors blended together and yet could taste each ingredient distinctly! We are traveling, heard about this place so we decided to try it. So worth it! Hope to go again before we head back home.

Stopped here today heading home from work and got a simple burger and fries. Let me tell you…I’ve had burgers all over the US and this place is now in my top 5 for burgers. All the toppings tasted fresh, Patty was flavorful, and the fries crispy perfection. I will be returning! Beef is locally sourced too!

We camp at Blanco State Park on a regular basis. Fat Bottom Grill made us dinner to go. OMG was it excellent. Big Hamburger for me and Texas Cheesesteak for my wife. Will definitely be back next time in Blanco. Not far from Park. Loved it!!!! It’s a food truck but they have it down! Don’t miss a chance to enjoy. Pickle Spears and loaded tots were awesome. Try them both

Spicy cheese steak sandwich was stellar. Plenty of kick but not inedible (balanced). Took less than 7 minutes to get my food. I highly recommend stopping by
