Cute place with the old time diner feel. Pricing is good for what you get. I ordered the small lunch plate with roast beef, salad, green beans and mashed potatoes. Came with a tea and small apple cobbler. The cobbler was delicious. The roast beef was okay but watery, mashed potatoes were bland, and green beans were pretty good. Salad was good, nice and fresh. My husband ordered nachos and even those were a little bland. Service was good, our waitress was very nice but it seemed understaffed. Food came out in a reasonable time. Overall for the price it was okay. Not sure if I will be returning but it was a nice stop for our drive through Blanco.

Stopped by for breakfast, came back for dessert. The breakfast was great. The food is homemade and the staff is friendly. Prices are really reasonable. And the chocolate is was wonderful!

Really friendly players, and a vintage 9-pin bowling spot built in 1948! What a hidden gem. (Credit also goes to the kids who are manual pin-setters.) What a living part of Texas history.

Friendly, Local Environment. Good menu choices mixed with Excellent Service and Food made for an Enjoyable Experience. When in town just drop by and have a good home cooked meal 🙂

I'm so glad the Bowling Alley Cafe has reopened for dinner. Thier hours are 5 pm till 9 pm Monday through Friday and they've got a full menu. Food is home style cooked and very good.

We got there at 2:25 for a late lunch there were 7 of us we ordered 4 burgers 1 chefs salad small and two pot roast specials. We soon found out there was a new cook and waitress.only four others in the place. Our burgers sat in the window for 10 to 12 minutes we finally asked for them the chefs salad was next and then 1 special and then 15 min later the other special. We finally got to leave at 4: 15 the manger was good about not Charing us after the waitress told him how long we we're waiting. Let's hope the cook learns to do multiple orders before they get real busy. We still left a good tip not her fault.
