Yes, the hall is very spacious and the decorations are nice and my daughter did enjoy her quince to the fullest but I would not recommend this hall. Lots of hidden fees and not to mention if you don't use the video and photography they provide you have to pay to use the screens for your slide show, even after you are already being over charged for the hall. On the day of my daughter's 15 a lot of friends that she invited were turned away because they didn't have their invite. We were never told it was by invitation only, had we known we would've told EVERYONE to bring their invite with them. The limo provided left my daughter and her quince court at Rice University and they weren't picked up until I called Mrs. Serrano to let her know. Make sure you do your research before considering renting this hall for your event.

We rented out this hall for my sisters 15 and everything was going great!! Until the lights went out on the stage and our musical groups only had played one hour each bc they were not able to keep going on do to the electric problem of the hall!! The hall is very big and they fixed it really beautiful, but there where so many details that just grew into a huge problem, that our guest complained about! I just wish they had better services as in the whole staff including the owner.

I don't recommend this reception at all. Mrs. Serrano is very rude, very unprofessional she is so rude to our guest our kids. She promised the DJ would play any song we asked for and that was a lie!! adding to that he didn't get any names right! The drinks were nasty! It was so many things that we were not happy about the hall is big and nice but the service is bad. Not your moneys worth. Houston is big find a hall with better service. this woman will just take your money and not care for taking care of you the day of the event.

Please reconsider renting this place for any types of events. Mrs. Serrano is a rude, unprofessional, mean, not really coordinate and considerate woman. Don’t get me wrong the place and decorations are really nice, but the way she is with how you want your party to be and how it looks or how to manage it , plus how she treats your guest made the day of the event dissatisfied. Prices are really high as well for poor customer service.

They don't even deserve a review of one star, don't go to this place at all they care about your money. I had won a 15th party for my daughter at the expo 08/2017. and the day we won it the lady was all nice in front of them. She never called me and gave me any details she would ignore me and act like she didn't know anything. That's why I decided to pay someone one else for a Venue that would provide customer service. I went to the open house and the restrooms where dirty and had dead cockroaches. Also watch out at the expo's not everything is free there is all ways a catch.

Honestly people it can be fancy and all you want, Ms.Serrano can get you by promising you greatness, we were close to renting this hall for my little sister but soon fell down from the cloud she put us on, we went to a party and witness how rude she is to the guest and how she didn't allowed family memebers of the 15 girl to come in, I think it's unfair since they came from another state and drove not 2 or 3 hours to share this moment with her but 20 hours. It is sad that she wanted to charge almost $2000 more in order for her to let them in, besides being over priced she literally want to steel your money that day, and besides that she threatened them with stoping the party if they keep asking to let the family in, it was 9pm the place was not even full the family paid for 600 chairs and only got 500 , how do I know this? Well each table had 10 chairs, the tables were numbered and it only got to 50, and she still had the capability to let the family out? It's your choise to rent this place, but as an for me and my family we preferred a not so fancy hall but with a much better experience.

This is by far the worst damn place ever as I’m currently at the event of my sisters 15 I’m writing this review to post how super pissed I am for a lack of better words. This place is all about money!!!!! People run the hell away, take your business to agave estates for the same price and much better venue. The bathrooms smell like dead animals, the food is cold and sloppy, and above all the worst is Mrs. Serrano she has the nasties of attitudes the worst of manners i have ever known of anyone. I have no idea where this woman was raised but she certainly is very rude to all our guests and to the family of the quinceañera she doesn’t deserve ANY stars for reviews. This place is ghetto and trash, cheap decorations made! No professionalism no matter how much your spending here. My brother who arrived shortly after another party didn’t get served food and she blankly stated that if he didn’t show up within the hours specified he wasn’t eating at all, while during the food tatsting she specifically stated that she would serve anyone of our guest mean while food was available, then I witness the servers putting away rice & beans and the rest of the food in the back and chose not to serve food to our guest we had accounted for in our event. Never doing business here again, or better yet never steering my family to do business at this place!! RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN.

DONT RENT THIS HALL

Wost experience ever!!!!!! Mrs. Serrano is rude and nasty to your guest. I went to a party and she was screaming at the guest to get out of her hall. She won’t allow people to go in if they are wearing tennis shoes. She screamed at some guest that they were not allowed to go in if they had kids. This place is so over priced to be treated like that.
