We attended Disney on Ice at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center, and it was a fantastic experience! The venue was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate, which made it perfect for families. The layout ensured that every seat had a great view, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was also convenient—the parking garage was close by, making it easy to get in and out without hassle. Overall, a great place to enjoy events, and we’d definitely come back for another show!

Fun spot to catch minor league hockey (Allen Americans) or major league indoor soccer (Dallas Sidekicks). It's cool inside regardless of which team is playing, so have a jacket or light pullover handy. Free parking garage across the street. I think my complaint is more with the Allen Americans online ticket center. I only needed three tickets. I couldn't get seats two rows closer because it would have left a fourth seat open (four seats at the end of the row). It said I had to buy the fourth seat. I didn't need the fourth seat. Two rows back solved my problem, but I wanted the closer seats.

Great venue for catching E-Sports LAN tournaments. Comfortable, great concessions, awesome atmosphere. Leaving after the event is horrible when parking in the garage across the street, be prepared to sit in bumper tk bumper traffic a while.

This is a nice center for a minor league hockey team. I've also been here for graduation and other events, but I believe hockey is the main purpose.

Lots of restaurants and shopping around the place too, adding to what you can do before and after the events.

Allen Americans Va Kansas City Mavericks Game. Clean facility and comfortable seats, close to the action. Plenty of concession stands around and restrooms. Will definitely attend other events. Plenty of restaurants around the facility for socializing afterward.

Is soccer your thing? Come out with your family for a incredible well priced , family friendly, and watch the Dallas Sidekicks play indoor soccer. The action for the most part is fast paced, high energy, and climate controlled for the ultimate soccer spectator experience. The field could use some updates, like a new painted logo but otherwise this is a true gem. They first started in 1984 and spent many years playing in reunion arena in Dallas before that was closed and they moved here. Tickets were very economical and for the size of the event there is not really a bad seat. Come make memories!!!

Went for soccer and hockey all in one week! Really cool stadium! We loved it! Clean and plenary of concession! Parking was pretty easy. Staff friendly and fun. We will be back!
