I was involved in an accident and had to obtain a rental car, I'd never had to deal with any of the things I was encountering. My auto insurance provider was great in leading me to Enterprise Rental Car.They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They provided me with an exceptionally great vehicle and was very helpful with the whole process. I would highly recommend the use of this business to anyone who is in need of a rental car. Thanks to everyone!Keep up the great work.

Renting a car from this location was far more difficult and frustrating than it needed to be. When setting up and confirming the rental rules and requirements, several important details were left out. Because of this, we made 2 trips down there from Jacksonville and wasted time and gas that won't be reimbursed because the employees failed to mention these requirement details. Getting in touch with a representative by phone was difficult enough, and every call felt like they were rushing to get you off the phone as quickly as possible which is why I'm guessing these details were left out. I'm glad my insurance company is paying for the rental because I would be a lot more upset and frustrated at the service we received if I were paying for it out of pocket. Based on this experience I definitely would not recommend renting from this company in the future.

Terrible experience. Could not get through to let them know I was on my way to the body shop. When I finally did, they still took 40 min to get there (estimated 15 min). The driver did not even get out to let me know she was there. The owner of the body shop had to go see what she needed because she was just sitting in the parking lot (not parked). When we got in the car, she did not speak and didn’t say a single word the entire way from Jacksonville to Anniston. Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Do NOT recommend.

Have used this office for quite a number of years. The staff has always been extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile, this includes holding a car in reservation for two or three days, dropping off the rental with me, and retrieving it when my car was repaired. This Enterprise office even took care of the paperwork directly with my insurance company, which was a great load off of my mind!

Overall, the people are awesome, the pricing and fees are not.

This location was so welcoming to me, and Gavin specifically did everything he could to accommodate me for a rental car! For his personality alone, he deserves a raise! I have phone call anxiety but talking to him was like talking to an old friend. Great customer service!

This location does rent to 21-24 year olds, but there is a $25 fee per day. I understand most places have some kind of fee for underage drivers, but in just 8 days that's an extra $200 on top of the rental price. This might be fine for a weekend trip, but if you're renting because your real car in the shop indefinitely, then it adds up quick. There's also a $300 (refundable) deposit I wasn't aware of until literally paying upon pickup. Glad I had that much balance left on my credit card, otherwise I would've been screwed!

They put me in a 2024 Nissan Sentra with about 10,000 miles on it, and it's one of the nicest cars I've ever driven, so clean and smelled great, drove like a dream too. I hated having to take it back early, but I had to switch to a cheaper rental company out of town.

Whenever I'm 25, I will definitely use Enterprise again, it's just not the best place for younger drivers on a budget.

This was not a good experience. Several weeks in advance I reserved a minivan for a one-way rental from Anniston, AL to Smyrna, GA through Expedia. Two days prior to our rental the Anniston office contacted me and told me that they could not make a minivan available for a one-way rental and they would have to substitute a SUV. I told her we would need the largest SUV available due to the amount of gear we were hauling. When I arrived they gave me a Chevy Equinox, a standard SUV. They told me that they had a limited number of minivans and could not make them available for one-way rentals. I asked why they had accepted the reservation and notified me so late and she said that it was because I had booked through Expedia and that the Enterprise website would have caught it. Not true. As of today the Enterprise website shows minivans available for one way trips from Anniston to Smyrna. We made it work and completed the trip and then I noticed that I had been charged for the minivan even though I had received a standard SUV, considerably cheaper per the Enterprise website. I called to question this and I was told that their rates constantly change and that at the time I was there the SUV had actually been more expensive. That said, the vehicle I received was in good condition. A couple of minor things I have never experienced from a car rental agency: The clerk asked for my current employer (retired), insisted on a second phone number (I gave her my wife, who wasn't even with me), and insisted on my car insurance policy number, not just the company. Of course when I was opening the app to find this number she told me it would be easier to just accept their insurance. Generally a bad experience.

When I say I was blown away on how Phenomenal Gavin's customer service experience was! Super helpful and polite on top of that it was only natural! It's hard to find that in this day in time and especially from a young person! Keep up good work!!

Please trust me when I say, go ANYWHERE else but here.

- my rental car was infested with fleas and smelled like marijuana.

- the woman who workers here is EXTREMELY rude. She claims to have worked there for 7 years and I have no idea how she hasn’t lost her job yet. She won’t let you speak while calmly bringing up a concern, and will yell over you the whole time. I’ll be speaking to corporate about this.

- you may be promised a reservation, or that a car will be ready for you, but it’s not, and they’ll make up about every excuse in the book.

- they refuse to honor their contracts

Ryan is actually a decent worker here and I don’t know how he puts up with working for this place especially with how bipolar the manager is. He’s friendly, well mannered, and smart.

I’ll drive to Birmingham location before I go here again.

The flea infestation is just disgusting.
