We had an excellent time visiting! The facility is extremely clean and well kept, the air carries no odors, the water for the animals is extremely clean, which all highly contributes to not only the experience of the visitor but the health and well-being of the animals! Every animal on the premises genuinely seemed happy and content with plenty of space and enrichment. I’ve had the misfortune of seeing some really poorly cared for sideshow attraction wildlife and facilities, the drastic difference here had me smiling the entire time. They’re only open to the public on Saturday/Sunday but you do have the option to book tours on weekdays, we didn’t book an official tour this time so we’re definitely wanting to come back soon!

I love this place. They do good work. It's sad to see these big beautiful majestic animals under these conditions but they're well taken care of and have plenty of room to play. If not for the ignorance of humans they wouldn't be here. It made my 7-year-old granddaughter sad to hear the backstory of each animal. We're glad they're well taken care of now.

My 3rd time here. It was in the morning and cloudy and cold (not the time to come I guess). More than half the enclosures were either empty or they were sleeping inside. We did get to see many of the big cats like lions and tigers but actually none of the smaller cats were visible. That was super disappointing and everything was a muddy mess. Usually a better experience but this time was not it. Maybe calling first to see when most of the cats are out and active is a good idea. I still recommend and they are doing the cats a great service rehabilitating them and rescuing them.

If you're in North Texas, @Insync_Exotics is a fun visit for you and your family. These cats are saved, and your fee pays for their feeding. It costs $30K per month to feed them all. The staff was friendly and eager to answer our questions. Wear some good shoes due to the gravel walkways and it's interesting and humbling to see where we compare to other creatures. When you arrive, parking might be a small obstacle but overall it's a positive experience for all.

If you are ever in Wylie, Texas, stop by In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue! They save BIG cats from bad circumstances! (It would seem there is a whole subsection of folks who believe that bringing a lion or tiger home as a pet is a good idea.) These cats would be put down or (gasp) released into the wild if it wasn't for organizations like this! Lions, tigers, panthers, even Lemurs are all safe at In-Sync! We had a great visit and can't wait to visit again the next time we pass through!

Lions, and tigers, and lemurs, oh my!! Such a fun afternoon. The animals were very active and even "interactive"! The keepers were engaging and informative. I had a hard time with my electric wheelchair, so one keeper offered us a golf cart to use while we enjoyed our time there. Support the cause!

WOW! I strongly recommend signing up for their visitor camp-out, which only happens twice a year. Touring with a volunteer in the early evening after the sanctuary is closed, attending a feeding tour in the evening, and an enrichment tour in the morning. You are able to experience and see first hand the LOVE the team and volunteers feel for these rescue animals.
We were lucky in which we were the only ones camping out that night, the campout became a private camp out. Our expectations were constantly exceeded through out the camp-out. If you do sign up for their campout, keep in mind the lions roar through out the night. AMAZING! If camping out isn't for you, you can register for a general tour with a volunteer, a feeding tour (which is AMAZING) and they have a bone tour (which is on our list).
