We had an amazing experience at PSM - Allen. Our party host, Katie, was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive and helped with literally everything. She helped set up, checked in with us multiple times during the party, helped served our guest and handled all the clean up. We were able to enjoy the party stress free. I loved the name sign throughout the play area! Cannot recommend PSM enough. Thank you for helping make our birthday celebration so seamless!

We have visited this location multiple times but today way the best experience. We always have a good time but the wonderful woman working was so friendly. After greeting us she noticed that I could save money by getting a 5 visit pass since I have 3 children with me. She then gathered the parents/kids to sing happy birthday to my baby who turned 1 today. She was helpful with any questions I had or any other parents had, recommending toys and brands. Overall just above and beyond employee. Like I said, we have never had a bad experience here, but today was just over the top great.

I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at PSM Allen today. She had the best time! There were two lovely hostess both named Avery. They were both so helpful and professional. They helped me put up all decorations and take them down. I felt like I didn’t really lift a finger. Anything I started to take care of they took over. The most relaxing birthday party I’ve ever thrown. All my little guest had a blast and we are so thankful we picked this location to have a birthday party! Thank you PSM Allen!

Had a open play reservation today for our first visit. I did the waiver online so check in was a breeze. 10/10 honestly. There was so much to see and do the little one couldn't get enough. Tears were shed when leaving and only made better with the promise of a return visit. We want to check out the Farm in McKinney next!

Had our son’s birthday party at PSM Allen over the weekend and it was perfect! Our hostess Kailey was super helpful with set up, gathering the kids to sing happy birthday and cleanup! I love that they do private events so it was just our party. It was a nice clean place for the kids to run around and explore! I would highly recommend for your next preschoolers party!

My daughter hosted my grandson's first birthday party at Play Street Museum in Allen, TX. The event hostess was Avery. She was tremendously helpful and so sweet and friendly! She made the set up such an easy process. Everyone loved the party!

We recently attended the birthday party for our twin grand daughters. It was a wonderful experience! We were especially impressed with Avery who handled the event all on her own. She greeted everyone with a big smile. She was super attentive to keeping areas picked up throughout the event and seemed to be on top of everything! She was super sweet with all the kids also. The entire experience was above expectations! Thank you for super clean bathrooms stocked well for the little ones!!
