For those like me whom never heard of this place and or didn’t intentionally choose to book through this company. As mentioned it is 3rd party via Greyhound I guess ? .. I don’t feel its fair that its not mentioned ANYWHERE BEFORE AND OR DURING ticket purchase , purchasing a fare from client you will NOT be able to SIT and WAIT for your bus. Instead you are directed a OUTSIDE in what appears to be a ROUGH A*S Neighborhood with all your belongings! Due to HEAVY homelessness & drug addicts ALL these businesses treat you like your one of them and won’t allow you to sit in their facility as you await departure from this state ! I wish I would’ve known I would’ve never came here. I love Houston beautiful city, however it’s been one thing after another dealing with the busing system ! ALTHOUGH you book through GREYHOUND .. GREYHOUND THEMSELVES WON’T EVEN LET YOU STAY IN THEIR FACILITY! THEY TOLD ME THAT’S A THIRD PARTY NOT GREYHOUND THEREFORE WE MAY NOT ALLOW YOU TO STAY HERE. SO LIKE WHAT ? YOU CAN’T STAY IN 3rd PARTY LOBBY CAUSE THEY CLAIM YOU MUST’VE BOUGHT THE TICKET FROM THEIR OFFICE & YOU CAN’T STAY GREYHOUND CAUSE THEY CLAIM AGENCIA AUTOBUSES IS A 3RD PARTY THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM ? THERE HAS TO BE SOME TYPE OF MIDDLE GROUND HERE .. JUST LEAVING FOLKS OUTSIDE ON A CURB WITH THEIR BELONGINGS IS INSANE. THERE’S LITERALLY NOWHERE ELSE YOU CAN GO. ⭐️ I HOPE YOU ALL USE MY REVIEW AS REFERENCE ⭐️ .. It WILL HELP you from making the continual mistakes were all experiencing due to the lack of communication via these companies. I’m pretty much ready to file for a refund this is CRAZY NASTY WORK!!

Bad business. I have a bus picking me up at 10am. I get to the station at 9:15am and the lady in the front doesnt allow me to wait in the waiting room. The waiting room is completely empty. She told me to stand outside in the sun! Greyhound be better! Its a bus station for God sake. She was so rude. Never again.

Forced my fiancée to stand out in the rain while their lobby was empty.

They state they are a 3rd party therefore they only allow customers who booked directly with them to sit inside. However, they still profited on this booking. We were still customers.

Will raise this concern with their partners. Would be better to board the bus at another location.

Good service and nice staff. People a word of advice. Traveling in bus isn’t like traveling on a airplane. Buses will be delayed, they pick up passengers along their route. Let’s be a bit comprehensive. Also every bus company has their policy of cancellation and change of date. To those people complaining “oh they didn’t want to refund me my money” ask about the policy before you purchase your ticket. It’s that simple. People now a days want everything handed to them.

Bad for business didn't even use the ticket I bought For a friend and couldn't even get my refund I would rather hitchhike then catch a bus riding the greyhound never had the experience, but what they did to me over $40 will never experience it. Thanks Mr Greyhound I guest you must have really needed more than I did.

They have terrible customer service . They tell you the bus is coming at a certain hour and it’s never true. There are one hour to two hour delay always .
