We had our company Christmas Party here, and it was absolutely fantastic! The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the entire event. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with a great selection that everyone enjoyed. It was the perfect place to celebrate the holidays, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any event or gathering!

Sean and I had our wedding on 10/26 @ the Bougainvilleas and we are so grateful for such an amazing venue and amazing food, seriously the food blew us away the chef is on another level!! Such an amazing time the ball room was perfect and everything turned out to be way better than expected thank you so much for such an amazing wedding!! Jessica was perfect it’s three weeks and I still have family and friends talking bout the wedding !!! Thank you for making my day special

My neices Quinceanera turned out to be so glamorous and gorgeous! We truly loved the chapel room , as it was the perfect room for us to decorate. Our centerpieces and floral decor looked beautiful . They matched perfectly with the venues linen and table set up . Overall , It was everything we had hoped for my neices celebration . Not to mention , the in-house catering tasted great.
Again , Thank you so much Jessica . Couldn’t have asked for a better venue coordinator to work with !

From their presentation to their customer service. Their attention to detail is immaculate.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful especially Jessica & Chef Javier. Their knowledge and insight into event planning helps relieve the stress on you when it comes to planning a large event.
I wish I could give more than five stars. I highly recommend this place.

Literally one of the most gorgeous event venues I have ever seen! I’d definitely give this place more than 5 stars if possible. The place is in the corner of a shopping strip as well as some restaurants, but as soon as you pull in, you can see how gorgeous it is! Sometimes parking can be a little tight, but I believe there is additional parking in the back, as well as street parking. The decorations are beautiful, and the atmosphere is lovely. Everyone in the staff is so nice and accommodating, and the food was really good as well. I had a very smooth experience and time here. I’d definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is looking for an event venue !

I recently attended my cousin's wedding at Bougainvillea’s, and while the venue itself is beautiful, the customer service was absolutely terrible and completely overshadowed the event.

The issues started the day before the wedding during the rehearsal. Jessica, a staff member, was rude and inconsiderate. When the groom noticed there were fewer chairs than requested, he asked if the number could be adjusted. Jessica responded with, “You get what you get” instead of offering to resolve the issue.

On the wedding day, the experience only worsened. When the bridal party arrived and asked where the bridal and groom suites were, Jessica remained seated, stayed on her phone, and just pointed. She made no effort to assist us. Additionally, we were told by the groom's parents that the lights were turned off early, even though the venue was reserved for another 30 minutes.

It’s clear that the staff lacks basic customer service skills. I strongly recommend that Bougainvillea’s invest in staff training to improve their service. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot recommend this venue to anyone

Had our wedding here on Friday and we are so grateful for such an amazing venue and amazing food, seriously the food blew us away the chef is on another level!! Such an amazing time and everything turned out to be way better than expected thank you guys and gals so much for such an amazing wedding!! A day never to be forgotten!!

When I first booked my wedding ceremony here in 2023 there was a lady named Sarah working here she was absolutely great. Sometime in 2024 a new woman started working here named Jessica. In the beginning she was helpful but the closer we got to my event she became extremely unresponsive and rude. When i pointed out to her during my rehearsal that the count for our chairs was off she told me there was nothing she could do about it even though i gave her the accurate headcount weeks in advance and my wedding was two days away.

Also a few hours before my wedding Jessica sent me a very rude email letting me know that all of my vendors needed to be out of the venue 30 minutes prior to what she and i previously discussed. I even sent over our previous text thread to show her that she did previously agreed to allow my vendors to stay until a certain time to break down. Even with showing her that information she completely went back on her word causing me emotional distress the day of my wedding. My event was from 3pm to 5pm. Not only did she refuse to open the grooms room for my groomsmen to go in but also started turning the lights off at 4:20. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional, i would not recommend anyone to work with her.

Bougainvilleas is a beautiful ballroom and if Sarah still worked there i would definitely recommend it but with the new lady Jessica now in her place i definitely would not recommend she definitely did not make my experience there memorable and no bride should have to experience what i had to working with her.
