Walk-in for a pre-employment drug screening. Checking in is quick and easy, staff has the process streamlined nicely and will prep your docs shortly after checking in. Waited about an hour before being called back. The waiting room was filled to the point that there weren't enough chairs for everyone. Note that drug screening hours are limited to 09:00 - 11:00.

Poor customer service must be the mission statement at this location. It still amazes me that a company this size has such a poor system in place. Most lab work requires you to be fasted which would make sense to have more people in the morning since that's when it is busy. The wait is too long, unhelpful staff, and if you don't have an appointment you may be here all day. I had my Dr. move my labs to a different provider. From the reviews it looks like nothing has improved.

My partner received services at this location, which we already paid for. Months later, we are still receiving bills in the mail for the same service, and now we’re being threatened with collections. They do not answer their phone. They are involved in a lawsuit about over billing patients. If you have the opportunity to receive services elsewhere, go anywhere but here. This place is a scam.

I went past my appointment time so I had to wait which was my fault, the wait was about 35-40 minutes so wasn’t too bad. The phlebotomist did a great job, staff was friendly. They have 3 self check in kiosks in the lobby which is better than one at a time 🙂

Showed up before they opened to be able to get labwork and get to work. When I showed up, 15-20 people were already waiting outside. Then they let us in and everyone has to wait in line to self check in on 3 kiosks. Less technologically inclined people taking a while to figure out how to use it holding everyone up all while several employees sit at the front desk , NOT offering to help check some of the people in line in. Then they call you up for documentation and what not at the window anyway 30 minutes later. Not enough chairs so people are having to stand. Over hour wait. People getting up and leaving who can't wait anymore. Not sure if it's a light staffing issue or what.

I was here for a maximum 15 minutes. In & out for a drug screen.
2 days prior I was at concentra for 3 hours for it entirely to be rejected. Prior negative comments were all “Karen’s”
This place has no issues, it’s in the east valley! Great area!!

If they have to do a drug and alcohol test, please don't go to this place. They are not doing it and they don't inform you and then after driving so much you arrive and they tell you that they are not doing the drug test. How outrageous.

Nice location. Bigger than I expected. My visit took all of 15 minutes from start to finish. My advice is to get here early to make sure you can get your services done on time.
