I made a trip to IRAPUATO GTO and can say the driver are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge on what they are doing special thanks to Alejandro for his communications all the trip true Mex made it really smooth trip

Real bad service, we traveled to Mexico and we were told we were going straight to our destination but it wasn’t true, they switched buses and the one we got in Mexico broke down right away and we waited for several hours until the bus got fixed.
Never traveling with them anymore.

I don't recommend this bus service. Same price tickets available elsewhere. I bought by tickets early so I could have my seats reserved. When we arrived to get on the bus they had changed the seats and our names did not even show on their list the only benefit was that I had the hard copy tickets that were given where o bought them. I traveled with my 2 kids and my husband and we were force to sit on the last seat near the restroom because they did not respected my seats and sold the same seats to someone else. I asked to get the first few seats. Also the person encharges of putting my luggage in San Marcos Texas charged a 25 dollar fee because "we had too much" But had 5 tickets the girl in Austin gave me. I
Only had 2 medium bags, 2 small bags and I had an extra ticket since I have a baby the car seat is already to heavy for us. The kids are little and can't carry their own. The seats are too close I was not able to breastfed my baby thank goodness I had formula. This was on Dec 17,2022.

Outdated and stinky bus lines. The driver at the border at return to the United States stayed on his phone while sitting at the driver's seat did not even want to answer questions nor was he courteous enough to make sure he was was involved in making sure everyone was comfortable and never helped out with the luggage. And way too many stops. We were four hours later than anticipated. 🤨😮‍💨😡. You guys need to update your fleet for faster travel. Or at least explain options for distinctive people

Everything is a Husle and a hassle.
When in Mexico if you pay with cash it is cheaper they charge you $125 US dollars but if you pay in pesos is $2,700 pesos ($135 US dollars) another way of laundry money.The personnel loaded my luggage and knew how much luggage I had because they issue you a ticket but when the bus got to Mateguala terminal to change buses the personnel there will charge you for luggage (supposedly consider excess luggage and they will charge you $200 Mexican pesos or $10+ if you don’t have the money to pay them they will keep your stuff or they’ll say that to get your money)!
There’s a guy that will charge you less if you give him the money instead of paying at the office box.

The buses are old there’s no water to wash your hands, if using the toilet bring your own toilet paper; they don’t supply any, The doors don’t lock either.
The compartments above the seats don’t lock either so in case of any sudden turns or movement luggage will be landing on someone’s head.
Not highly recommend.

Terrible servicio. No sirven para nada. This is NOT a safe company to send your loved ones anywhere with!!! Their buses break down and they will leave your loved ones stranded in a hot broken down bus for hours! When you call their offices they will ignore your complaints and gaslight your concerns. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Btw they have literally just sent another bus to pick said family member up. The bus broke down around 6 am. There are elderly and children in that bus and they are suffering in the heat. We are so worried and all of the numbers I have called they just don't care!!! Sick.

The travel bus that I was on broke down in a gas station 50 minutes away from San Antonio. We thought we stopped at the gas station to have a bathroom break, but instead the bus driver was picking up other people there.
We got the news later on that we had to wait for two hours for another bus to come from Houston. Keep in mind that this was at 10pm, and we had to wait until midnight to get on another bus. Also, we overheard the bus driver say that he told his coworkers to make sure that the bus was okay before leaving, and yet, it still broke down. There were children and elderly people on the bus, and many people were going to different destinations that were really far from other destinations in Mexico. And to top all of this, apparently this isn't the first time that this has happened. I honestly do not recommend choosing this company for travel if there’s a chance that your bus can break down. We were lucky that it wasn’t in the middle of nowhere.
