My friends and I did a tour with them last weekend. There were 2 other parties with us for the ride. The whole thing was maybe a hour. The DJ was good. But the spot they took us to the staff wasn't friendly. And then they ended the tour because 1 person from one of the other parties wasn't dress appropriately for the next spot. The girl was ok with getting off so we could continue but they said no "we come together, we leave together".

Yes, ma'am!!!! I would do this again. I had my best time with our friends and the other group that was there. The ride through the Tre and the music had us turnt!!!! Love the host she made the trip!!!!!

Ok let me brag on kulture rides for a second, this is most definitely a vibe !!! Our host was amazing. I can’t remember her name smh lol but we were the last group for the night and her and Ms.Linda baby were turnt !!! lol I highly recommend!!!!!

Wouldn’t Recommend if You’re Looking for the Full Experience as Described

I booked a KULTURE Ride experience to celebrate my birthday with friends, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations advertised on their website or Instagram.

Our party of 7 reserved the 8-seater pink jeep for 9:45 PM. However, we didn’t take off until 10:45 PM because the “vibe host” (a key part of the experience) never showed up. As out-of-town guests, rescheduling wasn’t an option—this was the highlight of my birthday trip, and we had already invested in custom T-shirts and other preparations.

While the staff offered to reschedule, that wasn’t feasible for us. On top of that, we were told some of the planned stop locations were booked to capacity. At the first stop, we were able to go inside, but it was so crowded that we couldn’t move around comfortably, so the visit was cut short. This was likely due to us arriving so late after waiting 1.5 hours for the vibe host.

Ultimately, we decided to ride without the vibe host, but it was clear we weren’t getting the full experience. I specifically booked this for the “vibes”—someone to entertain the group and capture moments like they show on Instagram. Without that, it felt like a stripped-down version of what was promised.

To make matters worse, while speaking to management during the ride, they promised a refund. However, when I followed up via email, I was informed that no refund would be processed.

While the ride itself wasn’t terrible, the lack of organization, broken promises, and unfulfilled marketing claims left me very disappointed. Unless they improve their operations and deliver what they advertise, I wouldn’t recommend this experience.
