I booked a west coast tour for my parents-in-law from All America Travel this Oct. They were very satisfied with this trip, and especially praised the tour guide Selina on the way to San Francisco. It was the first time for the two elders to come to the United States and the tour guide introduced the background of each attraction sites, allowing them to know a lot of things behind the sites. In addition, when encountering some unreasonable tourists, the tour guide also showed tolerance and a good attitude. Both agent and tour guide were professional and dedicated.

I was referred to All America Travel & Tours by my boss for visa for a business trip. It was very last minute and although, I was met with hesitation at the beginning to avoid making a promise that could not be kept (totally normal and admirable), I insisted and they were extremely supportive. Everything was done promptly, knowing time was of the essence. There was proper communication from the time of filling out the visa application till my passport was returned to me. Everyone in the office that day was supportive and I truly felt like a VIP.

They did such a damn good job, I referred my colleague who also had the same positive experience. I will definitely be back for future travel support.

We joined a Viking cruise back in November 2019. Stella and her staff were wonderful. My mom has lower back problem and therefore limited her ability to walk for a long period of time. Stella and her staff made sure that my mom got wheelchair service from all airports. Stella also tried to request room that was closest to the stairway so my mom didn’t need to walk too much to get to the upper floor. She also recommended different types of portable light weight walker/ wheelchair for my mom to bring on to the trip which she has seen her other clients used on their tours before. Stella has gone above and beyond to make sure that our family was prepared for the cruise. We had a wonderful time. My family and I will definitely use them again for our next trip 😁👍🏻

My parents joined their 10 days 8 states trip last year and enjoyed the trip very much. Couple months ago, my parents found out all America travel is leading a 14 days dreamy passage to Spain and Portugal. They wanted to join but I did not approve because of the pandemic. After talking to the owner, Ms. Ip, she is patient enough to explain her tour in details to me. My parents ended up joined the tour and returned home safely last night. They been talking how wonderful the trip since the moment they get into my car. But what made me touching is Ms Ip sent me pictures of my parents daily and check on my dad blood pressure often. My dad felt that Ms Ip care about him more than his daughter me. I am very happy we found a travel agent whom we can trust. I strongly recommend All American travel especially if you do not have time to travel with your parents.

BEWARE when booking oversea trip with this agency. We called them several times around 2am Japan time to talk to Houston agents and they were of NO help. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN - this travel agency will NOT help you reschedule flight (Osaka Japan airport closed due to typhoon flood damage). The travel agents for all other folks on our tour (over 40 folks) did helped them rescheduled their flights - now that is service compared to this horrible agency. We end up calling the airline in Taiwan ourselves to reschedule flight from Tokyo airport (imagine the overseas cost of the call), they even mentioned that our travel agent supposed to do it for us. NONE of the office travel agents replied to any of emails and did NOT called us with the phone provided, even though they said they called and their manager emailed. On what suppose to be a fun relaxing vacation, we end up being STRESSED OUT.

It’s good place to book your tour because all staffs are nice and helpful. This place seem to be out dated. Their computers are like window 2000 almost 2 decades old. Furnitures also need to upgrade. The still using old check style receipts and have hand written book keeping in stead of using computer. This place also need a lot organize because stuffs are everywhere. The stairs in the house showed like it’s a family business of some sort. The reason why this place got 4 stars it because of their services that they will take care for you. Young staffs do get a little confused not fully get passing down info who is the previous customer for not knowing what to do. Not really have files in the system and filling out the form every time. They’re still have loyal people come back for business but I just think a quick renovation, new computers, new furnitures, organize and keep tracking of customers database would help to improve on quick look up customer info for young or different staffs to know what to do.
