I was trying to say this without coming off so rudely. McDonald your appearance has left the building. Your food appearance and taste are the bare minimum. If you want people to buy a 10.00 burger, the burger has to look presentable. Your employees have to look like they care and want to be there. In and out burgers are cheaper and their employees are always sharp and on it. Their food looks tasty and neat to the point you weren't to devour it. This burger that was given to me today is not acceptable. I am a retired veteran, just say the word and I will shape all your employees to be on it every single time they hand out an item.

This place never fails. Always shorting us on our order. Not getting the order right? It never fails. It's the same old same old with this place. The overseas and fries I don't like going here. I'm glad we moved away from Queen Creek. Now that we don't have to worry about this McDonald's anymore cuz this McDonald's all they get is complaints, complaints, complaints. Just read all the reviews on this page and you'll see

Typical food for what you can expect at a McDonald’s but we really love this location because it has a toddler zone! It’s very easy to watch your kids from anywhere in the restaurant with tables right next to the play area. It has play equipment similar to SanTan Mall but it’s indoors so it’s especially nice in the warmer months when the kids want to play but are limited due to weather. We wish more McDonald’s had toddler zones!

Something was wrong with this location today. I tried to make a quick stop to get my sick daughter a happy meal but failed to even place an order. Including me there were 4 cars in the drive through and I just sat there forever (about 5-6 min.) and no body was moving and no orders were being taken. It was just quiet and nothing was happening. So I backed out of the drive through and headed inside to see if I could place my order faster. As soon as walked in I could tell there was a problem. There were 6 people looking frustrated, standing around with their phonea out waiting for food and 1 very stressed out looking person behind the counter. I just left after that. Listen to me McDonald's, you have gone too far in the "automation" direction, screens and apps are not enough. Raise wages and get some employees to actually do the work. In and out doesn't seem to be having a problem...

I ordered in the drive through lane. I was ready to order but they left me waiting there for about 6 minutes before they asked what I would like to order. We ordered an iced coffee and ended up with coffee grains all at the bottom .

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. We specifically asked for plain iced coffee, clarifying that "plain" meant no flavored syrups, just regular liquid sugar. Despite that, they didn’t add any sugar at all.

To make matters worse, our food was cold and incorrect. When we pointed this out, the staff acted as if they didn’t understand us, which was incredibly frustrating. This has to be the worst McDonald's we’ve ever visited. Poor service and a complete lack of knowledge about their duties make it a place we won’t return to.

Had to repeat my order x5 before they got it right! How difficult is it to comprehend a #1 meal with medium plain coffee? Also had order
problems the previous two times — man they need a good manager to teach employees how to communicate!

It took three people to take our order and it was still wrong. Hand to place a second order. On the first order there was a frozen Hawaiian Punch that we waited and waited for. When we finally got the second order I then asked again for the frozen drink. The manager was not friendly, never apologized, just got the drink sat it down and walked away. Horrible people and horrible service…..for what you pay, they should be nicer!!!
