White Bluff has gained so many really cool eating establishments, one of them being the Salt and Pepper Grill. Run by the former owner of West Nashville's Blue Bar, He has turned a small town location into a really cool meat and three, plus so much more.

In a small town that has exploded with quality food locations, the S&P has made a name for itself by offering a variety of homemade foods. I love this place!

I ordered take out here and they said it would have been 20 minutes but ended up waiting an hour. I understand places get busy so that wasn’t a big deal. Then, we get home and see the food we ordered. I got the chicken fried chicken, and I was thinking it would have been like fried chicken legs or breast but it was a thin slice of chicken. Almost like a country fried steak. It was pretty boring, with no taste. The Mac and cheese here was probably the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. I also got a normal baked potato, and had to finish cooking in my oven because it wasn’t even finished cooking and was very hard. My husband got the chicken tenders, which were way over cooked and dark brown while dripping with grease coming off of them every-time he picked them up and the same with the French fries he got. They were also over cooked, dark colored, and were very very bland. You could have made better fries at home in the air fryer. I always give the benefit of doubt, and I will try this place again, but this first experience has been very very MID. When I do go back, I’ll try somthing simple like a salad but definitely try the Mac and cheese here!

White Bluff sure has great places to eat. The meatloaf was good, hot bacon slaw was fantastic, shoot everything was good home cooking.

It was my first time here, I've been wanting to try it out. The food was so good. I'm definitely going to be back. I had the pork chop breakfast, OFF THE HOOK good.

We’ve drove by in this area yesterday trying to see new places that we’ve never been. We saw this place seem like a good place to have breakfast,as we always do looking for something a country kitchen type of cooking.
And now we’re here and I’m telling you they’ve lots to offer as a country people is looking for that has live music to enhance their appetite and be home with a smiles in their faces.
Foods are really cheap but deliciously made( honest review).Cayli who entertain us is very friendly, she has the ears that makes my husband keeps on talking but he cannot have all her time though lol as he can talk all day long😀!
Live music is also interesting to experience here since sometimes they’ve got country singer that also perform here,Cayli said. It is during Thursday and Friday night that you shouldn’t miss!

Breakfast: 7- 10 am( 1 hour Break time)
Lunch : 11am - 2 pm (2 hours break)
Dinner: start at 4pm
So be in this awesome place that is worth coming if looking for something to eat.

Love this place. I moved to White Bluff to get away from the big city, but I did have my reservations about having to drive to find good restaurants. I'm so grateful to have Salt and Pepper Grill in our small community serving delicious food all the time.

Great place! The only downside to the meatloaf is the sides were phenomenal so the back up band tried to steal the spotlight from the main act. Great service sitting at the bar and ordering to-go!

Just left the Salt and Pepper Restaurant in White Bluff. We have been going to this restaurant for a long time. Sad to say we will not be going back. The service tonight was awful, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich we order all the time was hard tonight and so hot we couldn't hardly eat it. It has never been like this before. We tell our waitress, who btw is bartending also, and she says...I will let the kitchen know...and then we never see her again! No Togo boxes for the rest of the food on the table, no drink refills, nobody to pick up our money with our ticket.... nothing.
Goodbye Salt and Pepper, sad to see this restaurant is joining the "I don't care about our customers list".
