I HIGHLY recommend this company they are kind - considerate and do a great job. They came out Saturday morning and fixed our heat. They did not charge an arm and leg plus Randy gave them an extra $25 for coming out on Saturday. They weren’t here no time figured out the problem and fixed it. They are amazing. We have heat and cold air now. My daughter got a quote for a tankless water heater and it was $8,000 I ask Mr Wood about it and it and he said only $3,500. I couldn’t believe it. IF u need ANYTHING call these gentlemen u will not be sorry.

Makes gross and disturbing comments online making fun of people with medical disabilities to feel better about herself in her spare time. Then makes threats to attempt to harass them. The personality of Paige would make me very cautious of doing any business with them in the future. Poor Joe

We were about to be ripped off big time when our A/C stopped working. Originally quoted for 16k but Mr. Wood came to our rescue and we were able to replace our compressor for less than 5k. He was kind, honest and hard working. He went above and beyond to teach us about A/C units. We have had no issues since.

We have used this company numerous times and they are wonderful! They installed Solatube "skylights" for us, an outside vented range hood and a whole house surge protector. Joseph Wood & The Service Company did an absolutely wonderful job for us and we definitely recommend this company to others. When our HVAC bit the dust, Joe took his time to fully examine the situation, then clearly explained the problem and gave us several options. He was very knowledgeable, honest, professional and dedicated to making sure everything was done to perfection, even when it meant spending the better part of a VERY hot July day outside and (even worse) up in our attic. Everything was fairly priced and installed exactly as promised with no surprise charges or delays. We are very impressed and also very grateful to be cool and comfortable again. Thank you again, Joe! Everything is working perfectly!
